Our hot water heater required replacement and we had spent all night without water. It felt like a challenge to find anyone willing to come out on a holiday. I don’t usually write reviews, but my experience with Tyrone & Sons Plumbing Co. was outstanding. The staff in the office were very friendly. They arrived on time, and I received emails and texts to inform me who would be coming and when. Tracy explained all the plumbing work that needed to be done. Brayden, Tracy, and Mike did an excellent job replacing our pipes from copper to PEX, fixing leaks, and installing a toilet, sink, and mixing valve for the water heater. They were all very polite and professional. Tracy addressed all my questions, clearly explaining the work completed and guiding me through what they accomplished. They also made sure to clean up afterwards, leaving everything neat and tidy. I would absolutely choose Tyrone & Sons Plumbing Co. again.

fantastic work! I rang up a Miami plumbing service in the morning and their plumber, Brayden, showed up at my place in the afternoon. The person who took my call was extremely pleasant and their digital notification system kept me informed about when Brayden would arrive. Brayden was friendly, amusing, and insightful. He unclogged our shower drain for a fair price and, at my request, even took the time to explain (with great detail and interestingly) the 17-year accumulation that had been causing the blockages in our pipes. I'm excited to tell my family when they get home tonight! Honestly though, we've found our 'go to' spot for all things plumbing. Big thanks to the Miami plumber!
