Adam was particularly outstanding, taking the time to explain the different types of PEX pipes and addressing all my questions with clarity and patience. It’s rare to encounter such expertise and willingness to educate customers. I also want to commend Rose in the office, who efficiently handled permits and ensured the entire process progressed smoothly and without delays. The installation team, led by Jackson and his partner, displayed exceptional workmanship. They not only executed the work flawlessly but also ensured the worksite was left clean and organized at the end of each day; a detail that speaks volumes about their dedication to customer satisfaction. While John’s Plumbing may not be the least expensive option for a few extra dollars, their exceptional service, professionalism, and high-quality results make them a worthwhile investment. Having compared multiple vendors, I can confidently say they are a cut above the rest. I highly recommend John’s Plumbing for any plumbing needs, both residential and professional. Their expertise and customer-first approach set them apart in the industry.

I called John’s plumbing for a job that got done the same day I called. Within hours O’Neil came to install a tankless water heater at my house. He did an exceptional job. Very quick and professionally done. I would recommend this company again and again. Thank you for your prompt service.

John’s Plumbing has been my very best experience with any plumbing company by far! Darren came to exchange out 2 toilets- both of which had issues with the flange, and was so meticulous and careful-all the meanwhile, patiently explaining everything he was doing to me in a way I’d understand. I could tell that everything was being done the right way and was sturdy. He also was able to unclog my bathtub drain, which was not possible during previous attempts. Overall VERY VERY satisfied and I will be recommending John’s Plumbing to everyone I know!

My garbage disposal was having issues. I called John's Plumbing (found them in a Google search and they were highly rated). And they were able to give me a 2 hour window same day for service. I was notified that they could send someone earlier and was then also notified when their plumber, Darren, was on his way. Darren diagnosed the problem and recommended two options. I chose to replace the 11 yr old unit and Darren was able to do it immediately. He was efficient, took care to make no mess, and was very professional. I would recommend Darren and John's Plumbing and would use them again.

5 Stars for Darren the Plumber! I can’t recommend Darren enough! He was professional, friendly, and extremely efficient. I had a plumbing issue at home, and Darren came out quickly, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it with minimal disruption. His work is top-notch, and he was honest about pricing, which I really appreciated. What impressed me the most was his communication—he kept me updated throughout the process and made sure I understood exactly what was being done. On top of that, he left everything clean and tidy when he was done. If you're looking for a reliable plumber who does great work and is trustworthy, Darren is the one to call! I’ll definitely be using his services again for any future plumbing needs.

I had to repair a leaky shower with a stuck cartridge. Keiron and Ace came over and took care of it with no issues at all. They explained everything in detail and told me all the information upfront. They were exactly on time, very professional and also personable. I highly recommend John’s plumbing to everyone.
