They were professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and honest. They told me exactly what the problem was and gave me an honest price. Their price was far better than two other popular plumbing companies. The owner also dropped by while the work was being done to make sure everything was going well. This was very reassuring as a customer. It has been a week since then and all is well.

My water heater blew and I found out my insurance would not cover it. 3 J’s Plumbing quoted me a fair price, so I chose them. Not only that, EVERYONE I spoke with was professional as well as congenial. Truly one of the best experiences I’ve had with a company. I also liked the fact that I was notified of my technician’s arrival time and he was punctual. I definitely will be using them again.

Called 3Js because i had a massive sewer line clog. They came out next morning on time and knew exactly what to do. Technician J was awesome to deal with and gave me his honest opinion on any question i had. Truly a joy to work with and price for job was on budget. Highly Recommend!

The plumber called 30 minutes before he was due to show up to inform us he was on the way. He arrived timely and was show the work that needed to be done in the kitchen as well as guest bathroom. He quoted the price for the work and obtained the needed tools and replacement parts. He went to work very professionally and quickly made the repairs. He cleaned up after wards and informed us that the work was guaranteed for one year. Would highly recommend this company and have used their services three other times prior.

I’m so glad that I found 3J’s plumbing. They came out so quickly from the time service was requested! James showed up, he was polite, professional, and on time. He communicated very well what he was doing, and what was recommended. He even did a nice job cleaning up. I will be calling back soon to have some hydro jetting done. We were very pleased with the continuous great service thru 3J’s plumbing service. Renovating our bathroom from the Hurricane’s and had a lot of issues and 3 J’s service came out gave a fair estimate and returned the next day and completed the request with great success.We highly recommend them and appreciate them coming to the Hood!
