Friend's Plumbing

So impressed by Friend’s plumbing 🪠and most specifically, David! We experienced issues last night, were able to go online at 9pm and schedule our appointment, and were elated to learn there was an availability the very next morning! David was professional, polite, knowledgeable, and consultative. He provided both information along with a quote, and we were able to decide what we wanted to move forward with. David worked around our needs, was thorough, and left no mess! He ensured ever faucet, toilet, sink, tub, shower and spigot 🚰 were operational and when he saw a tiny drop he didn’t like, he shut the water off again and made an adjustment, even though it was already after 5pm on Friday evening. Our old rusty hot water heater and functionless water softener have been replaced… and so far, all is 1000% better!

I was so lucky to have Thomas Salvato As the technician who came out to fix my plumbing issues! He was prompt And neatly attired and took the time to explain to me in depth what was happening with my plumbing and why this particular fix was needed, also explored other possible options and gave me a few different choices of what to do for best results! I feel like he went above and beyond as his work when finished and even during working was SUPER NEAT and tidy and not messy or haphazardly messy or rushed in any capacity. Thomas Finished a nightmare job a lot quicker than I expected also - this gentleman is an Asset to the company! Thanks so much

Great experience with Friends Pluming! Jeremy was very knowledgeable, fair and honest. He took the time to check everything before and after to ensure the quality! He didn’t try to blow the issue out of proportion to charge more! He was honest and ethical!

3/19/25 Doc did an excellent job installing my new water softener system. Doc's recommendation of the system and its ultimate location in the garage is very much appreciated. Unfortunately the plumbing was not always cooperative for Doc during the installation process but he kept is cool during the minor setbacks. Now I'm enjoying soft water in my home. Thanks again Friends Plumbing!! 1/26/25 Nicky Woods came out and did an "emergency" drain blockage repair - although the blockage had appeared to clear itself before Nicky arrived, he went above an beyond in ensuring that the blockage was cleared by snaking out the entire drain line. Thanks again Friends plumbing!! 9/20/24 Doc did an excellent job replacing the Kohler cartridge in my shower that had been leaking for months. Really appreciate the hard work involved in what I thought would be a “standard” repair. These things are way over-engineered😀😀 Update 7/8/24 - after the location of the leak was detected by the “experts” Jeremy returned to do the hard part of breaking up the foundation and repairing the leak. He did a great job walking me through what needed to be done. Once the repair was completed the water was back up and running. Friends plumbing is now my permanent “go to” plumber!! Jeremy did a great job in diagnosing the problem today on 7/6/24. Unfortunately the leak is in the slab. Jeremy provided a reference for an expert to come out and locate the leak. Will definitely call back Friends to make the necessary repairs once the leak is located.

First of all, Alyssa in the office was very responsive, polite and professional. It was a pleasure dealing with her and getting our appointment set up. Upon arrival. Jay and his helper introduced themselves, and explained process based on what we had seen so far. They were professional, knowledgeable, neat and complete. It was a pleasure having them service plumbing needs and would definitely recommend them in the future.

We've used Friend's for years and today maybe the last day we ever use them. Not just for our personal use, but for our entire HOA. He refused to even look at the pipe between the dishwasher and the garbage disposal, and then wanted to charge me way more than we feel he should have (well, the office did) to fix a leaky bathroom sink. I'm so very disappointed. Considering the amount of work we send their way, this is just disgraceful. SMH.

First time customer and very impressed! Jeremy had earlier availability than the appointment time so called to see if he could move the time up which I was happy to do. Our garbage disposal was not working and he fixed it quickly then offered to do an assessment for all our plumbing. The house is 25 years old so that made a lot of sense and was inexpensive. He updated the supply lines on the utility tub faucet in our laundry room and had everything done and cleaned up in an hour. Highly recommend!

I recently had a outstanding experience with Friends Plumbing. From start to finish their service was exceptional. The plumber Austin, went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. He was punctual, professional and incredibly knowledgeable. Austin took the time to explain the issues and provided practical solutions. The pricing was transparent and fair.
