I called Yohendry based on the positive reviews and I wasn't disappointed. He answered the phone every time I called. He confirmed the date. He confirmed the night before and he showed up on time. Completed the work in a very professional manner. I have a lot of experience with septic systems. He put in a new drainfield and cleaned up the tank. He did a fantastic job, highly recommended.

All Counties Plumbing has a horrible record of honoring their warranty. We did a major job with them and they gave a "supposedly" 3 year warranty. we ran into problems after 1 year and we have been trying to reach out to All Counties Plumbing for the past 2 months. Either they ignore the calls or they offer lies and false promises but they haven't cared to repair the issue or to even evaluate the situation. SAVE YOURSELF HEARTACHE; DON"T USE THEM!

Guys are extremely unprofessional. They do not know how to read instructions on labels. A 6 inch water main they waited only 30 minutes for glue to dry when instruction clearly state to wait minimum of 2 hours. Caused a huge flood when the water was turned back on. When speaking with the boss Yohendry, he tells me "We have been doing this a long time. This is how the work is done. We don't have to wait two hours, we know how to do the job!" The best part, in his own words "This happens to us many many times. The pipe leaks and we come back and fix it!" If this happens all the time maybe they are not doing he job correctly in the first place. They aren't doing anyone any favors for coming to do an emergency call and making the problem worse. Worst plumber I have ever had the unfortunate experience to deal with.
