Started while I was out of town, 5 days earlier than expected. Took them two weeks and two day to cover their bases. When they left , what a mess ! Will not us this company again or recommend. The guys had plenty of time to smooth out the surface, they stood outside over an hour talking to someone in another truck.

Made an appointment to pump out our septic, person on the phone was very nice and scheduling was a breeze. Technician Wilder came on time and was both professional and expedient in our pump out. Thank you Brownies for the great service!

BROWNIE'S STAFF PROVIDED SERVICE WITH EXCELLENCE. My experience with the telephone receptionist (I believe was Stephanie) was very professional and understanding. She was able to fit our emergency request in within a few hours. Very friendly voice and real helpful. The Brownies employee Jean.G was dispatched and provided a text with the time he would arrive. Jean was PROMPT and his service was EXCELLENT! Jean was mission oriented as he quickly resolved our problem. Very knowledgeable and restored the area he dug. Very refreshing to see someone who enjoys working and provides quality work. Highly recommend.

I had my septic tank pumped out two weeks ago. I would have to say thatโs probably the best Customer service experience Iโve ever had. Dion was my service guy and went up and beyond the call of duty. He was very professional and a hard worker. Marcus from Customer Service at Wind River environmental company followed back up with me on any issues or concerns I may have had and rectified it immediately. Brownie's was able to schedule an appointment within a week of my request and was able to perform the job while I was out. They provided a post work report to detail what was performed. The technician was able to identify where the septic tank lid was for minimal yard digging. I appreciate the convenience and the capability provided by Brownie's and will plan to use them on future septic tank work.

My experience with Brownies Septic was unfortunately quite negative from start to finish. Initially, I called to schedule a real estate septic inspection, but they ended up scheduling the wrong job. This became irrelevant when the technician failed to locate the septic tank and, in the process, punctured a hole in the pipe. When I called back on Monday to reschedule the inspection, I was told I couldn't schedule it because I wasn't the property owner. The lady I spoke to, who I believe was named Kim, was extremely unprofessional, yelling at me and taking an unreasonable amount of time to transfer me to management. The next person I spoke to, Jocee, was very nice, helpful, and apologetic for all the mistakes, but had no control over the situation. We eventually had the inspection done a few days later by Eric, who was also nice, but I didn't receive the report for five days. Meanwhile, I had a salesperson contacting me to replace the drain field, which felt quite sketchy. After waiting five days for the report, I received it with boxes checked but no pictures or descriptions of the issues. It was signed off by a technician named Tammy, who was never even at the property. Overall, I would not recommend Brownies Septic due to the numerous issues and unprofessional behavior experienced throughout the process.
