Great experience with Bill and David! Bill gave great explanation on cause and solution to fixing our water heater leak issue. All our questions were answered with detail and understanding. Both of them did a great job with the service and fixing the leak. Would certainly recommend Choice Plumbing!

First I would like to say everyone has been very nice, friendly, and professional. Bill came out and did the assessment. He answered all my questions and was very transparent with me, which I really appreciated. Kelly and Kimberly were very responsive when ever I called and sent Bill and the team out very promptly. They answered all my questions and were very helpful. Javier, Alex, and another gentleman did the repiping work and installed the new water heater. They did an amazing job and answered all my questions. I had the city inspection today and everything passed. I am very happy with the work done and would definitely recommend them to others.

They are willing to help you as fast as they can. I called them for an emergency with my water heater and they came to help me so fast , I was very surprised. Mr. Carlos Arroyo is a very knowledgeable and compassionate technician. He took the time to explain to me the what and where was the problem , and he did that with patience and detail.

I used Choice plumbing again this month for a different issue. As expected they were amazing. Bill was my plumber today. The office called to confirm, Bill was here one hour later, job done in under an hour. Bill was very knowledgeable and courteous,l. He made sure everything was working before he left! The call center is also very friendly and professional. I will continue to call Choice for my plumbing needs!

Thank you for your courteous prompt and professional service! Alex took his time to lift and re-install the toilet in our master bathroom with a new wax seal. He also repaired our water heater too by installing the correct drain hose through the garage wall opening outside so now it drains correctly. Appreciate you! 🙂

They were able to come out to repair a toilet the same day I called. Honest, professional and fair. Quoted a price then charged less after a closer look revealed a new flange wasn't necessary. Got the job done quick. Highly recommend
