Jeff did a wonderful job He found problems from the prior electrician and dryer cord problems from the factory or the warehouse. These were fixed at the same time excellent work 10 stars

I have mixed feelings about the service that I received. Pro: Was able to get it scheduled within a few days, arrived in the correct time window, and work was completed competently. Con: Price seemed high to me. Let me explain. Initial price to come out and take a look was quoted at $67, I believe. Excellent price imo. The 2 technicians spent about half an hour looking at the issue, and concluded that deeper analysis was needed. I was not surprised as it wasn't a simple issue. Quoted me at $500. Fair price imo, not great, not bad either. Came back a couple of hours later. They found the bad wiring, and gave me an option of 3 prices. $2600 to fix the issue, $3400 to fix that issue and some other things they found, or $5000+ to do extra stuff like replacing the circuit breaker panel and install a house surge protector. I opted for $3400 price. Price was not broken down by parts vs labor, so as far as I can tell the parts cost was minimal. It took 2 people a full day, about 8 hours, to complete the work from diagnosis to completion. Assuming $100 an hour times 2 people times 8 hours would be $1600, so it seems to me I was overcharged, unless the parts cost was much more than I believe.

I just went through Hurricane Milton and realized the next day that my pool pump would not turn on. I found one of those booklets we all get in our mailbox full of contractors that will fix or repair just about anything around your home. I called Deep Electric and surprising they said they could be right over within a few hours to take a look. Jeff arrived at my home and immediately went to work . Within about an hour or so Jeff had restored power to my pool pump. Jeff was extremely professional in how he conducted himself. Jeff is the kind of employee a company would want to have working for them. Jeff thank you for a job well done . I will be recommending Deep Electric to all my friends and family.

The electrician (Jefferson Henry) was very knowledgeable and informative. Explained the why of everything and was very patient with my ignorance of electrical matters. I highly recommend this person.

Jeff, was very nice and knew his job very well mannered and I would not hesitate in having him come back in the future should I need more work, which I hope I don’t.

Let me start by saying I’ve had 2 electricians come to inspect the problems I’ve been having in my home and nobody could tell me anything other than I had a top-notch breaker box. One of the outlets started to overheat and I went into panic-emergency mode. Mind you, my home was built in 2019 and I shouldn’t be having these issues. I called two places, but Deep Electric— specifically Josiah, understood the seriousness of the situation and helped me secure a same-day appointment. Josiah was SUPER empathetic to my concerns and communicated timelines of when I should expect my technician to arrive at my home. I’ve never experienced such quality and caring customer service from any technical servicer the way Josiah had done it— He legit became my bestie as his client-centered care is the best by far— Jeff was my electrician— I already had the 411 on him before I even called Deep Electric as I always peruse reviews prior to using a business— true to the reviews, Jeff was timely, polite, respectful, and thorough. He knew exactly what was going in and how to fix it. As promised by the Company, I was notified of the price prior to initiating the repairs. Jeff offered 3 options based on one’s financial constraints— when it comes to safety, I don’t cut corners. You get what you pay for— so I’m apprehensive about any servicer that has cheap costs— this was expensive which matched my issues and Jeff deserves to be paid for his expertise. I can sleep comfortably knowing I had the best team to finally come and fix my home problems— Nothing but great things to say about my experience with Deep Electric, especially my new bestie Josiah and Jeff— professionalism to the letter. Thank you for everything!

It's a rip-off. Consumers beware! Called to have a breaker installed in garage panel. Without any in-depth review, I was told I needed to upgrade the entire electrical panel for a cost of $7999! He also recommended a power surge protector WHICH I ALREADY HAD INSTALLED BY OCU(?). I told him all I needed was a circuit breaker replaced and was quoted a price of $1247. I had the work done by a licensed electrician for $343.00 (parts and labor)...it took him less than 30 minutes! My electrical panel is FINE!

The line to our dryer was not working and Deep Electric came out and quickly fixed it. They were professional and fast. I recommend their service.
