We are very happy with the professionalism and work done by Emerald Plumbing! In Spring of 2025 we had to have our house re-plumbed and not only was Emerald Plumbing the lowest bid, they completed the job quickly and without any issues. HUGE shout out to Roger, Mike, Caleb, and Jack who were cheerful, informative, and made the process so easy for us. When there was a slight issue from a defective pipe a week later, the team was at our house within an hour to take care of it. We have already recommended their services to several friends. I recently had my entire house re-piped by Emerald Plumbing, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their work. Chad and his team of five arrived promptly at 8:30 AM with two trucks, ready to get started. After a quick walkthrough to discuss the job, they got right to work. By 1:30 PM, the re-piping was completed! They conducted a thorough pressure test to ensure everything was in perfect working order and left the area spotless. The next day, the walls were professionally repaired and prepped for me to paint. Chad and his team are true professionals who clearly know their craft. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and hassle-free. I highly recommend Emerald Plumbing to anyone in need of reliable, high-quality plumbing services.

Next time I need a plumber, Emerald will NOT even be considered. Here’s why: 1. I was promised a phone call 20 minutes prior to arrival. The plumber just showed up at my front door with no notice. 2. He looked under the sink for about 90 seconds, then proclaimed that it was probably a problem with the faucet sensor, and told me there’s nothing he can do because they don’t carry Kohler parts. He advised me to reach out to the manufacturer. (At least he was courteous about it.) 3. This so-called “service call” cost me $180. A complete rip-off. Update for Emerald leadership: I stand by my review. If you’d like to discuss, feel free to reach out.

Emerald Plumbing truly went above and beyond for me. I had a few different issues that needed immediate attention. Frank came out next day and fixed each one quickly and professionally, while educating me a little along the way too. He left my bathroom clean and in great condition, and even went out of his way to bring a missing piece back after he finished! I would recommend this business to anyone who needs a plumber!

I called in on a Monday morning with a non-emergency line clog at my office downtown. Got a service call scheduled in under 3 minutes. They came out within 3 hours. At first I thought I needed to have my cast iron plumbing jetted (as I had in the past), but Emerald warned that that could cause damage. Instead they suggested just having the line snaked. So I expected to pay over $500 for the jetting. Instead they snaked it and cleared it out for a fraction of that. You gotta give props to a company for giving HONEST and TIMELY professional service. Eric, who came out, was also great. Thank you, Emerald Plumbing! Definitely recommend you guys!

We have an electric tankless water heater but we were not getting any hot water. We live on the 2nd floor of a condo. The 1st person that came out from another company, didn't know what he was doing. He called someone on the phone then told me it needed to be replaced and would cost approximately $1200. I never got a copy of my receipt or a copy of an estimate. I called another company to get a 2nd opinion. This company quoted me $3,330.00. I thought that sounded high and researched other companies. Emerald Plumbing had good reviews and no complaints (checked BBB). They said they don't sell the tankless units but if I bought the unit they would install it. Mark came out and not only put in the new unit but he also replaced all my old pipes (which another company quoted me $800 just to replace the pipes). He was done in less than 3 hours and my total cost was under $1000. This company has upfront pricing on their website. They do not rip people off like some of the other companies I have dealt with in the past. Thank you Mark and thank you Emerald Plumbing.

Replumb costs twice what it did 15 years ago, neighbors tell me, but we are all happy with our decision. The drywall patching was OK, definitely better than I could do, but not as good as many pros. It's good they offer this and wish they included flat and semi white paint and a brush. I waited years to color match. Matty and Cheif were the hardest working people that worked on my home in past 15 years, doing the attic work too. The only thing I would do differently is old school shutoff valves, the 90s if not turned years can jam up with calcium and leak when forced.

We are thrilled knowing the re-plumbing of our home was in the capable hands of Emerald Plumbing! Our crew including Dean, Adam, Charlie, Daniel and Rowan arrived a little early and got right to work! They took time to protect our floors and furniture from the inevitable dust that arises, worked quickly and efficiently like a well-oiled team to accomplish their task, and were as nice and professional as anyone who’s ever done work for us! We appreciate the good reputation of Emerald, and know they have earned it! We also appreciate the 25 year warranty for their service!
