I recently had Ferran Services replace my 20 year old Rheem system with a Carrier and all the duct work as well. Kemper was the project manager and made sure everything was done timely and with high quality. I was very pleased with the duct work team. They updated me daily (2 days) and showed me pictures of what they were doing before and after. The entire system was redesigned and enlarged in most spaces. Everything sealed with mastic around boots and duct connections which will prevent leaks, moisture and raises efficiency. The system people were also excellent. Keeping me informed and they replaced everything including Inside unit base, plenum, filter wall grille and all plumbing. The details of the project are too many to mention but the quality was high and it made me feel like I now have the best possible install of my new carrier 16.5 Seer 2 system which I will apply for my tax credit for shortly. A++ WORK AND PEOPLE

Nice and polite techs came to my house same day I called for help with an outdoor leaky faucet. All of that was good. Tech gave me a price but after I asked for a less expensive option, offered a cheaper cost after contacting his manager. Thrilled with the discount, but shouldn’t a professional service offer me the best price to begin with? *It was more than a 40% difference. Biggest concern, after looking at installed pipe/it was connected to my home with the old rusty bracket from the pipe that was cut(old pipe was larger so new pipe was not secure). When I questioned tech, I was told I don’t have any of the brackets in my truck? Good news, his helper went back and looked and found correct bracket to secure and stabilize the pipe. Why a 3? When paying for a professional service I expect a knowledgeable/ thorough job. I should not have to question end result.

I did not hire this company but one of their drivers showed up at my house in a large truck mistaking it for a different address. For some reason, he thought it was appropriate to drive past the sign that says "DEAD END NO TURN AROUND", down my one-way dirt road, and park his truck in my front yard/sidewalk off of my driveway, even though there was about 50 feet of empty driveway to park on. He pulled so close to my house he was underneath the power lines that run across my yard, and the top of his truck only cleared the line by a few INCHES. When I asked him WHY he did these things, he looked around confused like he had no idea where he was or how he got there. He just kept saying, "oh sorry, I didn't realize...". During his horrible attempt at backing out, he smashed into multiple trees around my yard. This person is a liability and has no business driving a truck. I immediately called Ferran and left a voicemail and of course, no call back. I've read at least 3 other reviews left within the last year just from people complaining about Ferran trucks with terrible drivers on the road, and plenty more reviews stating they won't call people back, so I guess I'm not suprised. ***Update*** I finally received a call back soon after posting this review. The safety manager offered an apology, and assured me the driver would be re-trained. They didn't offer to pay for any damages, but I didn't ask either. I was suprised to find they sent me a coffee mug and cookies in the mail, which is probably more than most businesses would do, so I adjusted my review.

So far, Communication doesn’t seem to be important to them. I hope to post a more positive review, but with all electric off except the Refrigerator and with the seriousness of the situation, having been told not to replace the door on the Circuit breaker Board because it could arc, no one communicates from their office to give you a heads up on the progress of our situation. No paper work, no instructions, no nothing. Hopefully we’ll get this all ironed out and I can post a beaming review. Tuesday, Now I can give a glowing report!! The Technician arrived at the time stated and was very professional and did an awesome job and quicker than expected . Needless to say, we are so relieved to have a safe operating system now! Thank you Ferran Electric!

Tom with Ferran unclogged, videoed and cleaned my sewer line. Two other plumbers wanted many thousands of $ to replace it. Ferran was able to save it thus saving me a lot of money. All the workers and manager were very prompt and polite and explained everything to me. I highly recommend Ferran for your plumbing needs!

Tyler was very helpful and kind! He explained everything that he was doing and answered all of my questions! Ferran was a higher estimate to do the job than a previous company that looked at it, but Tyler treated me like a human being, not someone to scam (like the other companies), so I had Ferran do the job and I’m happy I did.

Leslie and Zane came out to my house from Ferran Air Conditioning, Electrical & Plumbing! Their service was amazing, their customer service and humility are immaculate! They worked super fast, exchanged a complete water heater, explained everything step by step, gave complete final instructions and had a wonderful smile the entire time they were working! These are the types of great employees that keep you coming back! And yeah the price was amazing, but with this type of service I wouldn’t take a lower price from anyone!

Mathew did an excellent job finding my clogged line. He took his time to explain everything to us. We were very informed throughout the process, this started with the office keeping us informed and then ended with Mathew and his expertise. Very happy with my service!
