Jonathan from Hers and His did an outstanding job fixing my water heater. He replaced the compressor perfectly and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Scheduling the service was easy, and Jonathan was extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I really appreciated his expertise and positive attitude. Highly recommend his services!

We had a mess ! Leaking pipe in the ceiling. Gerald Decker arrived the very next day . He fixed many pipes and did an amazing job. He was kind, informative and guarantees his work . Excellent service and highly recommend them. We had another service call on 12/28 for a plugged pipe. Clare’s Tony arrived on time and tackled the drain . Gave me helpful advice , was respectful and professional. Thank you His and Hers plumbing. Well done.

Great customer service! Jonathan did a great job replacing my hot water heater and emergency shutoff valve. He is very prompt, professional, and courteous. He explained everything to me in detail before he began the work. I give him 5 stars. I highly recommend him and his company. I had great communication with them before and during the repairs. Felix and Chris did a amazing job. I just want to say I am so happy about my pipe being fixed so quickly and everything looks great and everybody was wonderful those young men came on time they were a very clean very polite I cannot say enough thank you so very much and now I can actually take a shower I appreciate it thank you.

Jonathan is Friendly, Dependable, And knowledgeable! From start to finish, it was a pleasure working with him. He took the time to explain what he would be doing and roughly how long it might take. He truly respected the property and took pride in his work. It was refreshing to witness the pride he takes in his work and truly enjoys what he does for a living! He put in a full days and was still smiling at the end of the day. It is rare to find such an honest, professional friendly and hard-working contractor/plumber that loves his job and genuinely cares about his customers. He is absolutely one of the best! On the occasions that we reached out to customer service/dispatch our calls were answered quickly and professionally. They were pleasant and helpful, and also cared about us as a customer. So thankful for the great service this company provided. Was lucky to get a technician out late at night on the weekend after my shower and toilets were overflowing with nasty water! Terrible situation that was fixed that night. Carl came out quickly and saved us. He was polite, knowledgeable, and fast. He was transparent with pricing and super detailed when explaining everything he was working on and fixing. Jonathan was very helpful and kind during this appointment. He has lots of experience and was well put together and organized. He was also patient and open with communication about our plumbing issues and the process he would do to fix it. Once he fixed our plumbing, he cleaned up the area and left no mess before leaving. This person was very professional. I totally recommend this person!

After having several technicians Come into our home to make different repairs, Johnathan by far has been the most detailed, observant, patient, and most importantly, knowledgeable person. He was able to fix our concerns as well as provide us with a strong understanding of what was wrong and what our options are despite us not coming from the field. After he finished the job I felt more empowered with the knowledge of what was done and what is left to be done. I would recommend Johnathan and his company to anyone who asks.
