He expertly and quickly remedied several different issues at my 102 year old house, all while keeping me in the loop with photos/videos of the progress. His strong work ethic was clearly evident, and his pricing was more than fair. He even returned to the house today to fix an additional issue I found after his initial visit yesterday, and he declined to charge me for it! If you’re in need of plumbing services and worried about finding a plumber who is not only competent, but is responsive, communicates thoroughly, and won’t overcharge you, Chris will take great care of you!!!

Mr Jaffe took a moment to assess and was able to work me in today…a few moments later had time to do it himself. Great communication. Super nice…and well, he made it look easy. Masters usually do. Stopped at crosswalk on Hoffner and one of there drivers almost hit me from the back.

I called Chris and he immediately answered. I had a “different type” of flapper in my toilet I had never seen. Chris came out and fixed it. He also fixed my valve to my toilet that turns on and off the water that is connected to the pipe because it didn’t turn anymore. He also unclogged a sink in my bathroom. All of this done same day! He was very professional, and on time! I appreciate the fast, awesome work. Plumbing is expensive but I feel his price was average!
