Several of my neighbors have recently hired Lapin Services for their septic tank issues, and they have recommended the company to me. I called them yesterday for an analysis of my system as I plan to sell my home soon, and I’ve been having issues with the system. I was relieved that Gary Foy, the project manager, made some time the same day to do an analysis, and he gave me several options to resolve the drainage issues. He listened to my concerns about recovering some of my landscaping if the drain field needed to be replaced. He gave me the pros and cons of replacing it now versus waiting to see if a pumping and an interior jet cleaning might resolve the drainage problem. He scheduled the Lead Plumber, Jose Martinez, to clean the interior drains to remove residue from the lines. Jose was professional and worked quickly, but he had to clear 35 plus years of gunk from the lines. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure that every interior drain was working properly before leaving. As a bonus, he is very gracious and funny! I will happily recommend him to anyone who needs a great plumbing technician. While the work to complete the drain field installation remains, I feel confident in the services the Lapin team will perform. Thus far, the team has been professional, they’ve notified me of estimated arrival times, they’ve listened to my concerns and have quickly provided a bid and payment options. It’s been a pleasure working with them.

I called Lapin and made an appointment for today. They sent me a text letting me know Andres DeJesus was on his way. He arrived 30 min later introduced himself and went to work. Andres emptied my tank and cleaned my filter. He knocked on my door to show me everything was complete and replaced the plants he had to dig up to access the filter. My experience was efficient and professional. I normally don't do recommendations but I took the time to do this one because it was truly warranted.

My restaurant was in a jam and needed immediate service. I googled to see who could help. After checking reviews I called lapin in hopes that they could save me last minute. This company is great and the star of the show is the project manager named Kathryn. She showed up and was very professional and helpful. She rushed the job through , dealt with the city and then followed up to make sure everything was ok. I look forward to having this company taking care of my grease trap going forward.

Lapin Services installed a water heater for me in November 2022, replacing an old one that was leaking. Their price was reasonable, and their warranty was 10 years parts and labor. Within 2 years, that water heater began to leak, which is rare but not an impossibility. Defective products do make it to market. I called Lapin in October 2024, and Jose came to my house and did a thorough inspection to rule out anything else causing the leak. He explained the process of inspection and his conclusions. Jose returned a couple days later and installed a new water heater to replace the defective one. The warranty offered by Lapin for the defective one was 10 years parts and labor, which was a huge relief for my family. Jose didn’t leave until he was sure that the hot water was running, and everything was cleaned up. Compared to other companies I’ve hired in the past, Lapin is more efficient, cost effective, and actually honors its warranties. Lapin also provides contracted services to my entire neighborhood’s street drainage systems. This is a solid company, and Lapin is lucky to have an employee like Jose, who handled my water heater replacement very professionally.
