Starting with the phone call, the attentive office lady assured me that a technician will come out to my residence as soon as he complete his previous call, at 8:30 PM Mr. Rojas arrived, troubleshoot the issue in 30 seconds after opening the panel on the outside unit, had the part in his immaculate truck and installed.
