We have used Mercury Plumbing several times since moving into our new home in 2020. Pedro is always professional, polite, prompt, and reasonable. He is happy to walk us through our options before fixing anything while also offering his professional advice. We have been more than pleased with him and Mercury every time he comes out. From start to finish everything was so professionally done. Jacob arrived on time. He quickly assessed the two issues that I was having and addressed them when prior plumbers could not. At no time did he try to upsell me on a product or service. He left the two work areas as he had found them with no additional mess for me to clean up.
