Two days in a row, we had an appointment and we were not notified that it was pushed backā¦ We have five children to take care of and the lack of communication on the end of the office is insane. If I could give zero stars, I would. I canāt comment as to how professional their work is because no one showed up two days in a row and we even called to check the second day and we were told they would move our appointment up. Still NOTHING!

Colin did a fantastic job. He was thorough and made sure I u destroy each step of the process and used some troubleshooting skill to prevent another appointment being needed. I feel confident Colin could fix any issues I have in the future and look forward to doing business with Peteās Plumbing again
