Two days in a row, we had an appointment and we were not notified that it was pushed back… We have five children to take care of and the lack of communication on the end of the office is insane. If I could give zero stars, I would. I can’t comment as to how professional their work is because no one showed up two days in a row and we even called to check the second day and we were told they would move our appointment up. Still NOTHING!

Colin did a fantastic job. He was thorough and made sure I u destroy each step of the process and used some troubleshooting skill to prevent another appointment being needed. I feel confident Colin could fix any issues I have in the future and look forward to doing business with Pete’s Plumbing again
