The cost was a bit higher than I had expected, but this being my first call to have a plumber come out, I didn't really know what to compare it against. Jason was on time, very courteous and explained everything to me, answering all my questions. His repair was quick and completed exactly how I needed it done. I also really liked that I could make my appointment online and was pleasantly surprised that I could get same day service for a non-emergency situation.

Austin was an outstanding tech. He was professional, articulate, and provided in depth explanations as to the process and the individual recommendations. He arrived within the window of time given and provided detailed written feedback. All of the repairs quoted were valid suggestions. We did not actually have any work completed due to the higher end costs, but when we opt to complete any of the projects, I would not hesitate calling Austin back to complete the work.

He also took the time to arrange for an electrician to also come out and speak to us about our electrical needs. The electrical technician came the very same day!
