Hunter & ERIC from Rainaldi Home Service provided my home an amazing service and help me out with my plumbing problem. He price me fairly. We are moving forward with the plumbing project. I found the company on google and they suggested RHS they are part of the BBB and the company company 4.9/5 stars. I will use this company again and will refer them to my neighbors there easy to talk to and there not going to trick you they will lay it out in black and white. Again thank you to Eric and Hunter for there help. Pictures from beginning to end.

The whole experience from start to finish was seamless, the moment the Rainaldi crew turned up at my home I felt very confident in their service. Now the plumbing part is completed it feels great to know the water will be coming from faucets and shower heads only. What a relief for a home owner, thank you so much to everyone at Rainaldi.

My experience with Rainaldi Home Services was great! I had my A/C unit replaced , and the two technicians assigned , David and Jordan, were not only knowledgeable and gave me some tips, but also provided great customer service! They were on time, explained the whole process, and cleaned up after. David took the time to make sure I knew how to work the new system. Also, thank you to the Sales Rep/AC Comfort Specialist, Richard, who helped me thru selecting the right unit for my home. I will definitely be using again!

The install team was the best part of my experience, they were very timely professional and got the Job done within hours of arrival, never had any loss of water. On the other hand, my account rep Mary was absolutely horrible, she never called to explain the process of install and completion, her excuse was she was out of office, anytime I spoke with her I had to call the office multiple times. She never followed up with my for inspection or dry wall date. It's ridiculous that me as a customer has to pick up the slack for her lack of promptness and professionalism. its been 2 weeks since the work has been completed and Im still chasing her around. I understand people get sick, but i would imagaine shes is not the only one in that office that can backfill her responsibilities. Then I when I called i spoke with another rude woman who tried to say I missed my appointment to find out they entered my wife's number incorrectly in the system. Again I would recommend working with Rinaldi but if you get assigned Mary and her crew, please be prepared to be your own account manager. I am just very frustrated that I was told this is a 3 day process but my house has been apart with for 2 weeks now. another fact that annoyed me, do the lack of commutation, the dry wall company reached out to me directly as they havent heard anything from Mary's team regarding my inspection, and requested that I give them a call once the inspection is done, which is odd as normally a coordinator like an account manager usually handles this. Im not sure why I need to coordinate anything when Rinaldi promised this service as part of the Quote that I paid in full after the pipes were installed. again not sure where and why the communication failure occurred, but putting this on the shoulders of the customer is not good for business, i already have job!!!

Danny is an experienced and professional technician. He did a marvelous job installing the new HVAC unit. He answered all our questions and we can tell he cared about his work. Clean up after job was thorough. Very happy with the work. Thank you Danny & Danny.

Almost perfect experience. I appreciate the plumbers' putting down mats to protect my laminate floors. The plumbers patiently answered my many questions, honored my requests, and worked quickly, finishing by 3:00 PM. Adam spent a lot of time with me, explaining the process, parts, and tools. The drywall repair by Fields Maintenance was also very good. I would again hire Rainaldi Home Services.

We are very happy with Rainaldi home services. Itβs the first time we have signed up for a service (about 8 months ago) and we are very well satisfied! Shannon came to service our a/c for the second time and he was wonderful! Very professional! His explanation and expertise gave us great tips to help us maintain our unit! We are very pleased.
