I had Shamrock do an entire re-pipe of my house, as well as install a new water heater. Mark came out and did a quick walk through and got me an estimate that was well below another company I had out. He did not try and pressure me to do anything additional. The crew that came and did the re-pipe was fantastic. There were 4 guys. They were very friendly and professional. The work was done in a few hours. They cleaned up as best as they could before leaving. The gentleman who came out to do the drywall was very efficient. His work was also done quickly and other than some new paint, you would never know there were holes in the wall. The entire process was easy, and the staff were all wonderful. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Thank you for being reasonably priced and doing excellent work.

I had my home re-piped by Shamrock, a team of three, in July 2024 and while they did successfully complete the job it wasn't without some issues. Mark was knowledgeable, estimated quickly, was able to answer my questions, and he offered a reasonable quote for the work. The team was able to replace all PB with PEX to every fixture in the house without any leaks or poorly compressed fittings. The new main looks better than it originally was. They even removed some decommissioned tubing from a previous remodel. I am incredibly grateful to the drywall subcontractor, Justin Matos, who did a great job closing over 20 holes. The house looked like Swiss cheese and he did miracle work as Shamrock did not make it easy for him with the crooked cuts. Job well done, right? Not totally. This was not an easy job due to the team accidentally cutting the HVAC drain line and knocking out the air conditioning half way through causing poor working conditions in the summer weather. They repaired the line with some hose clamps and a coupler from the store at the end of the day instead of right away. I am without a frameless mirror which was broken and was told it would be replaced despite the contract saying they are not responsible for broken mirrors. There were numerous other mishaps that happened throughout the day. In fact, I was surprised that no supervisor from Shamrock came by to actually look at the work for quality control before the walls were closed up. Luck of the draw, I guess. They did complete the job, the price was good, the level of service was average, but customer satisfaction does not seem to be a priority for Shamrock. Had Shamrock re-install toilets after getting our floors redone - little confusion on the billing side but the office was able to fix it quickly, otherwise we've happy with how prompt they are, communication, and reinstalling our toilets. We've used them for a little over a year and I always recommend to anyone needing a good plumber.

I'm so glad we called Shamrock! The competing quote we got from a big chain was more than twice what they charged us repipe our house, and Shamrock includes the wall repairs, which their competitor didn't. They also didn't need to rip up our slab or floors the way the other guys wanted to - they were able to do it all through the walls and attic with pretty minimal destruction. They even covered all of our stuff up with plastic while they were cutting and swept up the dust when they were done - very tidy and respectful with good attention to detail. They got it all done in under a day, and we're relieved to have hot water and no leak again. On a personal note, the employees were really nice to us and our kids, and they also seemed very friendly with each other, which was great to see. They were laughing and joking together cheerfully while they were fixing our pipes, and one plumber was mentoring another kindly at one point to show him a better way to do the work they were doing. They seemed like a great team. People who enjoy each other's company and find a way to make hard work fun usually do a better quality job, in my experience. They also fixed the backwards temperature knob in our guest shower while they were in there, which has always been that way since we bought the place. Doing that little bit of extra work resolved something that's been a small ongoing annoyance in our lives for about a decade, and we're thankful. :)

Shamrock Plumbing is a great company. When I bought my home and needed to repipe the main drain under my home to get rid of the cast iron, I called several companies. The owner of Shamrock came out to assess the work that needed to be done. He was very detailed in his explanations and suggested to start small and install a new clean out in order to be able to run a camera where it was otherwise impossible because of buildup in the old cast iron. Because of this, I was able to save time and money because we were able to identify that the scope of the project was much less than we expected. They are honest and ensure that they get the job done right and come back to fix it if something ever goes wrong.

Shamrock plumbing arrived at my home to removed the polybutylene piping in my entire 2 story house with PEX In one day. They were very clean And professional. Along with piping they fixed and repaired some issues. Communication was one of there great key points. I will highly recommend them as well as use them for any type of plumbing issues. They are the absolutely the Best. After interviewing several different plumbing companies they by far had the Best pricing. Plus if you qualify you can even get financing.

Stephanie was quick to provide information and set up an appointment for us, and Ralph the plumber was both kind, informative, and was able to not only quote up other repairs we wanted to ask about, but also complete on site. He explained why they used certain product lines for best value to us as customers. An additional faucet leak fix and a spigot and water line repair were also done at the same time. Spigot in particular was good because of it being a commercial business, reinfoced pipes and a removable knob to keep water from being wasted or taken. Good company, good people, good service!

We had Helene hurricane damage to the master bathroom, the pipes were busted out, I was extremely lucky to have Howard J to be my plumber! I've had 3 other plumbers, and they didn't know what to do other than destroy most of the drywall to reach the pips, but not with Shamrock plumbing. Howard J was very smart about the repairs, he opened a small hole and fixed all the pipes in a very short time, he is not your "everyday plumber", this plumber is one of a kind and I deal with contractors on a monthly basis. Ask for Howard J and you will not be disappointed! Absolutely recommended!
