I recently had the misfortune of having two separate water leaks in my home within four months of each other and was introduced to My Own Plumbing Co. through my insurance company. Although this was my first (and now second) time navigating this as a homeowner, working with Leo, Lori and Fanner could not have been a better experience. They are professional, fast, reasonable, HONEST, and trustworthy. I cannot say enough good things about this company. The communication is great and they show up when they say they will. They don’t upsell services that aren’t actually necessary and they won’t do work that they don’t agree is the right solution. Their work is neat and tidy and they don’t cut holes just to cut holes. I recommend this company HANDS DOWN! And there is an added benefit - their sons have water and mold remediation companies so depending on how bad your situation is, they can handle the whole situation and are great at working with insurance companies.

I was referred My Own Plumbing Co. from my insurance company to locate a leak into my mastery bedroom closet.. Leo came to my home on short notice and inspected everything thoroughly. He determined the leak was coming from my toilet. I had asked if he wouldn't mind checking my faucet as to why the pressure was low and if he can do anything about it. He inspected it and found other complications. Leo is a man that goes above and beyond to ensure he understands the problem and it gets fixed. He is extremely transparent about everything that is going to happen, needs to happen and what we should expect. I couldn't be happier with the level of professionalism, respect, and diligence. I used them this year_ Called them again and they came right away!!! They are always a good choice!!! I have called them over the past year and found the owner to be hands-on and very professional in dealing with my plumbing issues. They care about your issue and come the same day! They are local and the owner is hands-on with all service calls! I am so glad someone suggested this to me and I hope to share this with others. Use local people who are aware of many parts of repair and not sell you something!! I used them last year---This was a sudden Sunday Night water pouring into my wall from a wash sink. The company came highly recommended and I was calling to leave a message at 10 PM on Sunday, they called and immediately went into a repair plan. I was so happy to see that repairs were no damage to the walls and fixable in 3 hours with all new parts! They called several times to explain the process and then two plumbers worked on this fast and furious... I am a realtor and will recommend them!!!!!!!!!!!!

This was the first time I used this company and I could not be more pleased. I spoke to Lori yesterday and she texted me with a time for today. The service men were on time, put down a mat in the bathroom and explained what they were doing. They were polite and friendly. Not only did they unclog the tub but put in a new drain cap that they did not charge me for. The service was excellent and the cost was $100 less than the the closest competitor. I highly recommend them.

Excellent experience ! They guys arrived on time and they were very professional and courteous . Leo the owner even came by to check in on his guys. The installed a new hot water heater in less then 2 hours they were very cautious about not banging my walls and made sure the old hot water heater was on a blanket when they were taking it out .They even swept up the work area before leaving. I couldn’t be more happy with them and will use them anytime I need a plumber. I’ve already referred them to my neighbor who will be calling to have her hot water heater replaced ! Must say this company is great. They show up same day for services. I had an issue that they came out for that was very easily fixable. To my surprise, they did not charge me for the call. If you have plumbing needs reach out to My Own Plumbing Co.
