Request for quote to replace hot water tank. The person did not show up for appointment window 10-12. Called the office and was told (by text) that he would be there in an hour. (1pm) After another 1.5 hours called the office again and left a second message that he has not arrived. No return call or text. Peerless Plumbing (Port St Lucie) is a two star because they did seem knowledgeable about tank replacement. But unfortunately, I could not see any action in replacing the tank. Addendum: Technician called the next day to try to set up another appointment. That did not help very much since I had waited the entire afternoon the day before.

I had a 911 situation with mother’s kitchen sink drainage. I live in Tampa and my mom in Port Saint Lucie and Kara the receptions was very nice and communication was beyond what I imagined. She was AWESOME!! And the worker Todd or Tod was so awesome as well. Took care of the job and communicated with me from step to step. I’m so satisfied and no longer worried about my mom and her kitchen sink is draining properly now.
