RJ and his colleague arrived timely, were knowledgeable and pleasant, and quickly completed a quality job. I appreciated them hooking-up my machine washing after completing the work. Will definitely recommend Coggin to family and friends.

Update: I called a different plumber to change it out. It took him half an hour for $80. Even better, it resolved the issue. For EK Coggin: No, he did not. In fact, he went out to call because I think he was embarrassed at what he thought it was going to be. The look in his eyes told me: Nope, there's no way he's going to go for this. He was right. Never told me anything other than that I'll get an email to decline the work. I'm not sure what the point would be to have him come back if I received a better quote anyway. But I think most people will agree: $80 is just slightly more than 35% of your price and $220 is ridiculous and why would I even call back and waste more time? _____________________________________ I really wish I had read the low star reviews before I called them. At 4.9 stars, what could possibly go wrong? Then I found out. When I called originally to make an appointment, I told them what I needed: My 3 year old Moen faucet had a stuck cartridge that had fused itself to the stem. Moen sent a replacement handle with cartridge. I needed them to replace it. It literally is unscrewing a nut, lowering the retaining bracket, disconnecting two water lines and disconnecting a quick-disconnect from the spigot. Pretty simple. They show up. Yes, they. Two of them. Ok, maybe an apprentice or something. Cool. Had everything ready: water was off, under the sink cleaned out. He looks, ok...everything looks good under the sink. Looks at the original, in the box Moen parts..good there. He says: let me call the office and see what the price is going to be. 7 minutes later, he comes back in with assistant in tow: $220. What? For literally 15-20 minutes of work? Yeah, it's like a faucet replacement. (except, I say in my mind, without replacing 3/4 of the faucet and I have the parts!!!). He asks me if I want to do it...I just laughed and said...No thanks, I'm good. That's way too much for this. Small talks me for 10 minutes on the way out. He and assistant get in their Coggin van and sit on the roadway for almost 20 minutes, just parked, after they left the inside of the house. Seriously? In the time you chatted it up and sat in the truck, you could have made some money. They tout fixed priced. Maybe they're fine if you're installing all new. Maybe. I think this was some kind of sick joke that wasted, not only my time but, their time as well. I was hoping to get a new plumber and I'm always on the look out for quality contractors. Suffice to say, Coggin Plumbing won't be the one. I'd avoid them, personally.

Absolutely fabulous! Called Coggin plumbing , Beautiful work at a fair price .Had Dial Duron come out the day before. They gave me a quote of 1800.00$ ! Price gouging ! Thank you Coggin for taking care of Melbourne!

They quickly responded to my water heater emergency. Gave me a fair estimate to get it replaced. Based on their reputation I accepted the estimate and they installed the water heater the same day. Great job all around, both technicians worked hard to get my new water heater installed. Highly recommended.

We had a serious plumbing issue that required extensive research and eventual cast iron drain replacement. RJ did not give up until he found the problem. Once diagnosed, these guys worked tirelessly for 4 days until we were up and running again. Every employee I encountered was friendly. I won't be calling any other plumbing company for my future needs.

We had an emergency call and they were able to get us in same day. Logan came at scheduled time, was able to diagnose and fix the problem within the allotted time frame. He was very clear in pricing upfront. He was super courteous and friendly. Highly recommend!
