We had a leak in a year old new AC system in the new house we purchased. All the freon leaked out- 10 pounds worth and our home would not cool. The Mac 5 team, Ryan responded and quickly repaired the issue. He was courteous, knowledgeable and a hard worker. After we discussed further the homes issues Ryan further inspected and found a faulty ducting system that should have been replaced with the name AC system. It was poorly designed, deteriorating and leaking which resulted in widespread mildew. Austin came out to give the estimate and we adopted him as family, he was so great! Rodger and Edgar work tirelessly for over 12 hours in a hot attic to properly lay the new ducting system. These two were a great team laying the new design, properly sealing with mastic and cleaning up. Mac 5 people are exemplary great employees! Thank you so much! See the before and after pictures. MAC5 Techs (Dwayne) came out to inspect my AC, and I was impressed by their professionalism and kindness. The technician took time to explain everything clearly, including what could happen if I delay replacing the unit. I’m not in a place to move forward with repairs just yet, but I truly appreciated the transparency and great customer service.

Excellent experience from start to finish. The company took my call at 6:45 am and had some out to fix our issue by 9am. Communication was great, I received a call and a text when they were on their way. Our technician Chris was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Our issue was resolved in less than an hour at a very respectful price! Highly recommend!!

Installation process was a nightmare, I don’t believe the personnel who did the job are even qualified, it took them over a week to figure out my new a/c system to get it working, they even changed parts they didn’t have to and they overlooked a lot of details during the installation process, it wasn’t even safe. They had to come back to fix everything they missed and they still have to come back to repair the poor job on the duct sealing as well because is leaking, I would definitely never recommend them to anyone. For the staggering price I paid it was really an awful experience.
