The toilet we purchased was cracked when our serviceman took it out of the box. He also found that our garbage disposal was corroded and needed to be replaced. He was able to get a new toilet and garbage disposal the same day and installed both along with a new kitchen faucet. He was very personable and did a really great job. He left everything immaculate, as well. We have used Paul’s multiple times now and are always very satisfied with their service. Highly recommend!

I cannot recommend Plumbing by Paul enough! Chris and Miguel were absolutely amazing—they installed new fixtures in my kitchen and bathrooms, and the entire experience was flawless. From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly detail-oriented. They took the time to explain everything, answered all my questions, and made sure I was completely happy with the results. The quality of their work is top-notch, and my home looks and functions better than ever. If you need plumbing services, look no further—Plumbing by Paul is the best! I should have went with plumbing by homeowner rather than plumbing by Paul. Pictures speak for themselves. I had high hopes for this company but ended up getting subpar work, dangerous, unsafe conditions and total incompetence from start to finish. I spent over $8,000 with these guys. They insisted my brand new Moen M-Core shower valve wrong, damaging it in the process. They literally left my house abs called the job done with the water not shutting off due to a failed installation. I had to call the next day to tell them the main function of the valve (shutting the water off) wasn’t working. I was told it was bad out of the box and to call Moen. I did and Moen said it was installed wrong. Had a repipe done and they disconnected the main electrical panel grounding system. They never mentioned this to me, I later noticed my panel no longer was grounded making for a potentially dangerous situation. I had to hire an electrician to come out and redo my grounding system. You would think this would either be part of the repipe or at the very least they would inform the homeowner about it, but they didn’t. Installed a toilet flange using tree twigs from my front yard and installed it above the finished floor, un level. Complete incompetence. The main pipe was ran up the outside of the front wall of my house without my approval. I now have an unsightly pipe running up the wall in my front yard. The pipe also started leaking from a failed install within the first week. The pipes in the attic were ran over the top of my AC ductwork, lying unsecured over the ductwork and in some spots under ductwork. It was a complete mess and very unprofessional. After they received full payment they were unwilling to correct anything. They seem to have some experienced guys working for them but the majority are not and the homeowner (myself) had to fix their work.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Miguel and Phil from Plumbing by Paul did an amazing job installing our vanity sinks, countertop, and faucets in one bathroom. They were incredibly patient when the other vanity cabinets arrived without side panels, waiting calmly while we figured things out. They made sure everything was centered and working perfectly before they left, and they left the space spotless. Highly recommend their professionalism and attention to detail!
