They have knowledgeable and respectful employees that know what they are doing and get the job done. I had a great experience with Rick and Beth Plumbing. My water heater broke down, and they were able to send a technician out the same day. The plumber, Matt, was professional and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem and installed a new water heater. The price was fair, and I would definitely use them again.
