I called for help on a large remodel. I started to describe what the job needed and the reason for my call. I was quickly interrupted and told they would need to see the project which is painfully obvious that he would need to see it, however I should be able to complete my first sentence before being talked down to as if I Don't know what I'm talking about. He showed up 25 minutes late for the appointment. Criticized everything in site and ask the same questions over and over. I answered them each time. By the third time it was obvious he had a bad attitude and he wasn't interested in doing anything. I'm not sure why he even came to look at it. He came in a little car not even a company vehicle, no company shirt, no card, late with no pad and pen to write anything about the project. My experience was a bad attitude on the phone and in person and waiting hours for nothing. Not sure if I caught him on a bad day, but I wouldn't try again.

We were referred to Dave’s Plumbing by a neighbor and started using them last year. December 26th (yup, the day after Christmas) our master bathroom was clogged up. I called and sure enough, the same day they sent Tyler out. We explained (& showed) what was happening, & what had happened in the past. Tyler listened & was not leaving until he was confident all possibilities for the clogging were addressed. Thank you thank you thank you for your customer centric focus. You & your professionals are people we depend on & we truly appreciate being there when we need you!

Been in service since 1968 and using the same 1968 office systems. Discapably rude part-time accounts person. Not worth the headache, use someone else.

Please use this company and you wont be disappointed. I hired another company that I cant say the name of but used to have 3 initials as there name and just sold it to another company. They came out and placed the blue ring on my broken flange but my toilet still could not be mounted. I always use Dave's but there schedule was full and I was in a hurry. But after the other company left and still charged me for a non fix in come Dave's to the rescue. Ryan came in and what the other company couldn't fix Ryan was my superman and fixed it. I caution people make sure you use Dave's were the real and experienced plumbers live. He was so good I asked if he would have time to plumb my new kitchen double sink with garbage disposal. Remember experience is everything and Ryan is an amazing plumber. When those other company advertise a fully stocked truck with parts does not mean you get an experienced plumber. I use my real name here in all my reviews for credibility. Again the point of this review is Ryan is amazing and use Dave's plumbing. In my case the moral of the story is it is worth the wait to get an amazing plumber like Ryan. I will never make that mistake of being in a hurry again and not waiting for a trusted plumber I have used in the past. Pictures below

Wish I had found them 3 years ago rather than Stuart Plumbing. I feel that I was ripped off and that does not make me a happy camper. I just used Dave's Plumbing and totally satisfied not only with the work performed but the fair price as well. I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

My negative experience is not with the quality of their work but with the price I was charged. I bought a small, simple water filter on Amazon to be installed outside. My neighbor did his own installation of the same filter. I sent Dave the info on the purchase with detailed installation instructions. The plumber, who was very nice, came to the house but didn’t have the parts he needed. Since I sent the installation instructions in advance, why would he not have the parts? He had to go to Home Depot to buy them. This is where the simple installation of a simple Amazon water filter went sideways. Four hours $450. I spoke with Dave or whoever runs the business on a daily basis. He really didn’t care. Why would he? He was paid. Overpaid really. Dave’s Plumbing has a good rep. That’s why I called them. I’m not happy I was overcharged.

Called late yesterday as our disposal was leaking and not working. Left a message. Received a return call a little after 8 this morning. By 2pm new disposal installed by Tyler. Great guy. Professional organized and cleaned up afterwards. He gave me some great advice after we leave for the summer. Overall, another great experience from Dave’s.
