We had an emergency situation arise with our outside faucetā¦ it wouldnāt shut off, and the hose wouldnāt come off the faucet as well! We called German at AND Services and he scheduled us on the spotā¦ the tech is scheduled to arrive within 3-4 hours. Water intrusion can cause extensive damage, and run your water bill through the roof. Weāre excited to see what the guys will do to get this taken care of today! Thank you!

Received this message at 7:39am Thank you for booking your home service appointment with And Services, Air Conditioning, Plumbing, and Electrical! You are scheduled within the next 2-4 hours. Your service professional will call you 30 minutes before arrival. Please feel free to text us back at this number or call us at 850-378-3038 Dispatch called at 10:00 am and said he had other customers to help before me and it would now be shortly after noon. At 3pm I finally called again and now they said closer to 7pm. I said unacceptable and she said let me talk to the manager and sheād call right back. Itās now 4pm and no call back yet. First Impressions are everything and Iām not impressed. Still awaiting managerās response. Update. Office called at 5:45 saying repair man can still come out tonight. I asked it be done tomorrow morning instead. Dispatcher agreed. Iāll advise.

Mr.James was very nice and polite. He explained everything that he was going to do before hand. I have had no more problems with my toilet or shower I am well please.

I spoke with Andy to schedule an appointment on air duct cleaning and any defects and damages incomplete by some other company on air duct as a second opinion. Andy was very helpful and positive and scheduled same day appointment today to look into matter for my merchandise. After few minutes Lady named 'Ann' called me saying that technician is not available in Jacksonville stating Andy is new and she apologized for miscommunication from Andy and she said she will call in next couple of months when service is open in requested area

Very disappointed! We called a day in advance to request assistance with a leak and were assured that someone would come the next day. Despite receiving a follow-up call confirming their arrival, no one ever showed up. We waited and waited, but they never came.
