Technician worked quickly and thoroughly to identify my issue. He was very professional and even found a manufacturer warranty I was unaware of to save me money on the replacement part that was needed. He fixed the issue in a timely fashion. All around, great job!

Sebastian was personable, efficient and thorough. I am very pleased with the whole operation. I had a photo of the technician and his arrival time to the minute. Upon arrival Sebastian went straight to work. He taught me what I need to do to maintain the unit. When he completed the work he explained what he had done and showed me photos. He answered all of my questions.

These people are dishonest, and aggressive -- not people you want in your home. Let me explain. I hired Bensons to do an annual check of our heating and cooling system. The repairman claimed there was a problem with a starting switch, so I let him replace it. Bear in mind there was NOTHING WRONG with my system before they came for a "checkup." He left and for the next week the heating system fan would not stop running even after the house reached the target temperature, the system blows cold air when it is supposed to be heating, and it smells of burned electronics. But the part that bothers me so much is their treatment of customers - they treated me like a criminal.I am a 70 yo man with a credit score is over 800. It'been like that since the first time I had these people in my house years ago, there's never been a problem. My wife was out of the house when Benson's came. I have no checking account. So at the time of payment I explained that I would mail a bank check. The repairman refused to leave my property, insisting to be paid in cash, immediately. I said no, so he w\decided that camping out in my driveway for an hour might be enough intimidation to force payment. The manager got on the phone and tried to insist on payment even though I had nothing but my online payment system, a BANK CHECK (same as cash) was in the mail. That lady is aggressive and treats the clients like they are animals, determined to destroy all good will. They said they would come back for a fee. SCAM ALERT. What kind of company come for an inspection, charge $250 for a 'repair' {plus the annual fee), that was not necessary, screw up the job, and then demand payment to fix the damage that they made??? In my opinion, do not trust these people, I feel like we've been gamed. They now have my bank check and I have a broken HVAC that used to be in perfect working condition. Another Tallahassee contractor who thinks the customers are always WRONG.

Very informative and professional. You can tell that he truly takes each customer as a personal goal. Kudos to the person or team that trains these service personnel and thank you for ALWAYS providing such a great service.

Josh was great. He was on time and very professional. He also found a bad water leak outside my house and called this to my attention. Because of his action I was able to get a plumber out the same day and fix two pipe leaks that other wise would have gone undetected thus saving me a lot of money.

Junior offered to arrive early to service our air conditioner. He is very courteous and professional and kept me informed during his visit. Every employer would enjoy more employees just like Junior! This customer certainly does.

Sebastian Cole performed our six-month service today. He is a very knowledgeable and courteous. He changed our primary filter on our return air unit under the house and cleaned the sump pump with chlorine. Our filter was very dirty and blocking proper air flow. We discussed the pro's and con's of relying on the primary filter vs the individual filters on the returns in the living space. We are going to try the living space filters for the next six months without the primary whole house filter. This will allow us to see the status of the filters inside the house and take appropriate action to clean or replace these filters in a more frequently.
