Brian’s septic has always provided us exceptional service whether it was installing our new drain field or just a pump out. Yesterday we had to have our system pumped for an upcoming sell, Not only was it the best price in town, his technicians were timely and professional. Shout out to Jake, you rock. Great Job!!!

We weren't sure if we were having septic issue or a plumbing issue, so we called Brian's Septic knowing that we have had good experiences in the past. Jake and Mason came out and provided us with an inspection and information on what the problem could be. It was not a Septic issue and though they could have pushed to have unnecessary services done, they chose to be honest. Jake and Mason had excellent communication skills, were willing to educate me further on our system, and honestly, are the kind of guys you'd want to invite to the house for a cookout. They likely treat all their customers with the respect and attentiveness they did for our family, and that's exactly the kind of company you want working on your home, a company that actually treats you and your home as they would their own family. Thanks again Jake and Mason! See you guys this summer for a cleanout! :)

Cecil and Wesley were an absolute joy to work with. They arrived when scheduled, didn’t give up when our septic tank was difficult to find (we weren’t here for the inspection when the tank was check by them!) Cecil and Wesley were both very knowledgeable and educated us as the process was happening. We will absolutely use Brian’s Septic Services again and ask for Cecil and Wesley!

Had my septic pumped (routine service) by Brian's Septic on 10/29. I got quotes from other local business and they were both cheapest and fastest to be able to schedule. I submitted a request online and received a call within about 20 minutes and they were able to get me on the schedule the following morning. Jake called to let me know he could be on site early which was great. He arrived promptly and got right to work after I showed him the septic location. He was very professional and friendly. Jake cleaned up so well you wouldn't even know he was there. He gave me a rundown of everything before leaving and was on his way. Excellent service! I couldn't have asked for anything more! 10's....10's across the board!

Awesome service overall. Jake and Mason were very professional, made to my house on time, taught me all I've ever known about my septic tank, drain field, enzymes, etc. Appreciated the professionalism!

Ive had a wonderful experience with the whole team at Brian’s Spetic Service. They have gone above and beyond to try to fix the issue I’ve been having for the past few months. Stephanie and Sherrie in the office are always so sweet on the phone. I appreciate them remembering me when I call and get me on the schedule right away to get help. Kenny and Jake have been working on my problem multiple times this week and are amazing! They are knowledgeable and answer all my questions and make sure I know what’s going on the whole process of the job. They are respectful and they always clean up after the job. I really appreciate the time they took to troubleshoot the issue and how they made me feel throughout the process. I feel like the price I’ve paid for service is very reasonable considering the time and work they have done so far. I would absolutely recommend them for any septic work you may need in the future.
