They are the rudest people ever. This is my second experience with them. The first time I ignored the incident. This time it was just that bad. I spoke with Helen and she was worst than the first person months prior. She was so rude, I told her and she hung up on me. I am not pressed to spend money with a company with horrible customer service.

This review is more about Helen at E&E. She is awesome, and I just had to have her help me with ordering some valves. she went above and beyond. She didn't need to, but she did.

**WARNING** If you are looking for good customer service, stay away from here. I went to pick up a non-universal flapper that a plumbing service ordered for me. My plumber suggested I take the old flapper to make sure I was getting the right one. I could tell it was more of a B2B company than a B2C company. Still, it was where I needed to go and pick up the part I had already purchased over the phone. I introduced myself and the man behind the counter said, "I thought you were going to be here yesterday." I explained I couldn't make it by the time they closed at 4 pm. Plus, I had forgotten the old flapper, but I had it with me today. He proceeded to place the new flapper on the counter. It looked bigger than what I brought with me so I placed the two flappers side-by-side. I said, "Does that look like the same one to you?" His response was swift and surprisingly gruff. He said, "I'm not a plumber. Take it or leave it." Wow. just wow. I persisted anyway because I didn't want to have to return--especially to this attitude. I said, "Well, could you just look?" Now, he said, "I'm not forcing you to do anything. Take it or leave it." Now, I'm thinking, well good, I'm glad you're not forcing me to do anything. Any quick-witted comebacks were entirely out of place; Stuart had negative-number people skills. Plumbing companies should find another supplier - one who could at least be helpful to consumers. Could hardly wait to get out.

Been coming here for years under other companies and now my own. Typically it's great service. Given you know all the employees. I had one bad experience while a customer was ordering and I was denied at 3:50. Besides that experience everything else has been great.

I usually just need small quantities of random PVC fittings for projects; I find it best to bring a list of what I need and the staffs always find them quickly. I always go there by bike, and staffs thought I was lost. But they are nice. Price-wise seems reasonable; it also locates at a convenient location and I am happy to support local stores.

idk what the junk guy is talking about. i dont write that many reviews but had to speak up and say this guy is off. all that junk you see in the pipe yard on the front side of their building is the future of your plumbing. if you like running water I wouldn't call it junk. I I get pipe from here all the time. The guys behind the counter are kind and service-oriented and I keep going back there for that reason and the fact that they have the best price in town on pipe.

These guys know their stuff! I love coming here. Pricing wise, I'd wager they are the same if not a tiny more expensive than Home Depot, but they are way worth it. If you have a project and need advice on finding a part, these guys are 100x better than any chain store in town.

I was looking for parts for my 1968 bathtub fixtures and this is the place to go!! Could not find what I needed any place else in town. Saved me $$$$$$$ on having to completely gut the walls. Wonderful staff that made my experience even better.
