5 STARS ALL THE WAY! So happy I am that I found Ferguson's for a recent need I had for our business! I called, went there, and EVERYONE was so helpful & friendly! What customer service should be! John & Norman were beyond knowledgeable & helpful! I cant recall the name of the gentleman I spoke with to place my order over the phone, but he was awesome too! Very patient & helpful. Worth the drive across town and I'm definitely a customer for life! Tonya Burke

Nice store. Workers seem like I was bothering them asking for help but the guy did help. I had to Google the store to show him they had the parts if not he wouldn't have made effort to help.speaking just of the parts Department.
