Do NOT use for Rennai water heaters! Charged us for parts to fix old heater. Didnβt fix the problem. Then told us we needed a new water heater and the heater they installed still would not work. Would not return calls and eventually told us itβs a gas line issue but they donβt know how to fix those. Gave us the name of another company to use who never answered a call. Eventually they told us there was nothing they could do and to Google someone else. Terrible customer service

Our shower experienced a sewage backup, and the toilet was unable to drain. Despite my attempts to unclog the toilet and utilize a 15-foot auger to locate the obstruction, I was unsuccessful. They arrived on the same day and successfully cleared and repaired the clog.

Had them replace plumbing in a bathroom. Did a great job, punctual, and pricing was fair. Would use again when needed.
