Do NOT use for Rennai water heaters! Charged us for parts to fix old heater. Didn’t fix the problem. Then told us we needed a new water heater and the heater they installed still would not work. Would not return calls and eventually told us it’s a gas line issue but they don’t know how to fix those. Gave us the name of another company to use who never answered a call. Eventually they told us there was nothing they could do and to Google someone else. Terrible customer service
