Plumbing problems are never good. But having a company that solves those problems can give you a peace of mind and Keith McNeil Plumbing Cont. Inc., does just that. I had a tankless water heater that malfunctioned and was leaking. From the initial call to the office after hours, the on-call person Grayson, to the office personnel scheduling to the install, the management and service tech, the staff at McNeil plumbing worked like a well oiled machine. Grayson came out to check and see if he could quickly resolve the issue the same evening, but instead helped scheduling the service call for the next morning because it was indeed a malfunction of the equipment. When water is leaking from your water heater; you want to have a knowledgeable person tell you what the necessary steps need to be and take any concerns out of the equation. I was relieved the issue could wait until the next day to address further. The following day Rob, the service technician arrived and was thorough, explained what would be needed and contacted the water heater company to begin ordering the product and setting up install. Since the product had to be ordered, the exact delivery and install would be somewhere between 24-48 hours. I received a call from the office the next day to schedule for the following day, which was within the time frame Rob had explained. Then to my surprise, I received a phone call from Jason one of the managers later that morning that Rob was on his way to install the water heater as it had arrived earlier than expected. If you are the kind of person that expects quality service, availability of excellent products delivered by a professional company, look no further than McNeil Plumbing. Ty and his assistant Ryan were absolutely great! We are new to the Tallahassee Area and had bought a house that was built in 1960. Some of the plumbing fixtures looked and functioned as if they were that old. Ty and Ryan put in new toilets, new showerheads, hooked up the fridge to water so that the ice and water dispenser work. The were friendly, professional and efficient! We will continue to use McNeill for all of our plumbing needs! Great job!
