I can’t say enough great things about Lance Maxwell Plumbing. My elderly mother used them for a new “high rise” toilet and upgrades/changes to her bathroom and kitchen sinks. They were very timely, honest, nice, did a great job and super patient as well. I truly appreciate this company and would recommend with zero hesitation. Thank you!

Waste of our time and money… Our kitchen faucet hose was leaking, and we were concerned that water had gotten underneath the cabinets. I called this company after ordering a replacement hose. We had already identified the leak and just wanted to access underneath the cabinets to make sure there wasn’t water sitting there that might cause permanent damage. The plumber came out and looked under the sink with a flashlight, shining it into the holes where the pipes run, and he said he didn’t see any water in there. I asked him what he’d do if there was water in there, and he said we’d need to contact a cabinet company. I asked him any questions I thought might be relevant, including what could we look out for if there was water still underneath the cabinets because it was (and still is) damp around those pipe holes, and he said the water would most likely be running out from underneath the base boards onto the floor in front of the sink. After he left, I called the company to request a reduced fee since he didn’t access the area I’d called them out to access. They stuck to their $130 minimum fee and after a little back and forth, in which I asked them what would they do if there was water under the cabinets, then they said he could remove the dishwasher and drill a hole in the cabinet to get access. They added that it would probably take over an hour and my cost would be higher than $130. I considered it, but because the plumber had already left and I was already getting an uncooperative response from them, I declined and went ahead and paid $130 to have someone come out and shine a flashlight underneath the sink—something we had already done ourselves.

Late yesterday I discovered a leak in the 3/4” line that serves the house. It was only about a foot away from the meter box, so I dug down to assess the situation. What I found was an extremely rusty galvanized pipe situation that was clearly beyond my capabilities. I called Lance Maxwell plumbing, who I had previously used and they in turn had the on-call person call. He had one other job to tackle, but showed up around 6:30. He assessed the situation, and said that he was pretty sure that he could fix it. It’s a good thing that he (Mason) is a big strong, experienced guy, as the pipe joint were almost impossible to break loose. Somehow or another he managed to get the repair done, and we have water! I will always use this company, and will probably ask for Mason for future issues in our almost 90 year old house.

I have been using this company for over 8 years for my home and business. They are very responsive, attentive and they do quality work. They have come out after hours and gone above and beyond to fix any issues we were having. Highly Recommend!

Called them this morning they said they'd send someone out around mid-morning and would call when on the way. I got a call said his name was Taylor and would be there in 11 minutes. He got there within minutes of my getting back home. He was courteous, friendly and was actually singing to himself as he went about his work. He seemed to enjoy his work, if/when I'm ever in need of a plumber again I will ask for him.

I was pleasantly surprised when I was able to have my water heater serviced on the same day I called! The lady who scheduled the service call was courteous, friendly, and efficient. The technician was polite and thorough--my issue was quickly and completely resolved. I'd definitely call them the next time I needed any kind of plumbing work done.

Called this morning for someone to come out for some minor pipe work before cabinets will be installed. Don't know if this is typical, but someone was at my home within half an hour of my initial call. The guy was very friendly, he did great work, and it only took about an hour. Cost me almost exactly $100. parts, labor, everything. Will most definitely use them again when I have more work to be done. Would recommend to anyone!

It’s nice to know that there is a company in town after getting ripped off for many years by other plumbing companies that is professional that gives wonderful service the technicians were awesome the pricing was incredible and what more can I say other than it was the best plumbing experience I’ve ever had. I have many more small jobs coming up in the near future but I will definitely be calling you guys for. I’m glad that the plumber that I usually use was not available I knew that they had really been ripping me off but now after her used to you guys I get to really see how bad they were ripping me off.
