A recent power outage that kicked on our generator our tankless water heater stopped working. A couple of calls and an inperson diagnosis it was determined that the unit had a fried board. It took us many attempts to even get a company to call us back. When they did thet gave a window of four hours. Eight hours later, almost 8:00 at night they knocked on the door. They gave us an outrageous estimate. The second company we were able to agreed to come ghosted us. We finally called Mr. Rooter. Keil came out the next morning and installed the new hot water heater in less than 3 hours. If there is a next time, Mr. Rooter will be the first call.

The customer service was great. They showed up when they said they would. The tech/plumber was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The problem was fixed in one visit and it didn't take long considering it was a main line break.

Great Company. Have very nice Techs and very professional. Home staff is just great- very informative and very nice. Company is a 5 out of 5. We will recommend 👌 them anytime. Took care of problem and explained the in outs of the job. Great people- customer service is off the charts. Jim
