I have been using Parker in different services from when I was at FSU to now using them for my home. I have always been pleased with the service and have never had any problems until this time. The service mechanic did a great job and always shares what was done. This time around I scheduled a service like I done for many years and no one showed up which does not sit well with me. I had to call you to reschedule, You got it right the second time around.

I had an A/C technician (Hunter), come out and service my A/C system.....He really went above and beyond and cleaned my system very well and installed an access pipe with plug to put in some cleaning tablets to help reduce algae in my evaporator coil inside my home. Very polite and knowledgeable, I liked his service so much that I have requested him to do my rental property as well.

Bought a yearly maintenance program with Parker services. I've been in construction my whole life. Nolan came in, on time I might add, a very good natured professional well-educated young man. Explained everything he was doing, a really good experience. Plenty of companies I could have gone with, I'm sure glad I picked Parker services. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family. This is a year later, I needed my ductwork clean. Call Parker services. Dealt through the office with Owen, Jackie came gave the estimate, and Josh and Edward came and did the word. Unbelievably good! So professional. The whole team made me feel like a member of the family, and I don't know anyone who could do a better job! I recommend Parker services to all my friends and family and they will handle all my air conditioning needs from now on great company five star!
