Really appreciated the heads up that Peden could be on the way now and gave me the option to agree that is convenient for me. Appreciated that Jabari put on shoe protectors to keep from tracking up the floor being it had just rained. Jabari did a great job servicing the outside AC unit as well as getting in the attic to service the inside part of the AC Jabari answered all my questions it was so worth it to become a member with Peden. This maintenance service was only $25 as part of the member with Peden. Best AC service/maintenance I have received ever!

My wife actually hosted the electrician from Paeden and she was very impressed with him. He did great work, shared knowledge so we can troubleshoot things ourselves in the future. The pricing was very reasonable. My wife was very impressed and would use them again in the future. Their dispatcher was also great!

Justin was a great technician, he went above and beyond to get the job done and even helped with some other problems that I had. Great customer service. The person answering the phone was also very professional and helpful. Will use Peaden again and I highly recommend them to anyone.

I had to wait a bit to submit this review as a prudent homeowner should wait for the city inspection to provide a truthful and thorough review of any major installation. And yes, Peaden HVAC has come through with flying colors. I can attest that this company is professional and competent as they made certain they had the air conditioning unit up and running on the day of install even though they had to return to button up some final issues. To begin, Micheal's initial visit to provide the estimate was on time as scheduled and he also asked all the right questions to ensure our unit would run at the most efficient capacity possible. Their office personnel Amanda was thorough with her communication and answered all of my questions. It can be somewhat daunting when you have people to your home for estimates especially when you have young children or elderly parents; with Peaden that is not a concern. Everyone associated with Peaden HVAC is professional and courteous. At installation day, the crew began by prepping the inside and outside area to ensure a clean install. Additionally, Befford and Micheal were able to put a plan in place to address the issue that arouse with the mini-split install. In addition Michael came with the inspector for the final walk through and stayed afterwards to answer some minisplit questions that had arisen since the original install. Finally, the system needed some additional adjustments due to the filter becoming wet and the unit needing to be attached properly and I called Micheal to discuss and he had Scott returned to my home that same evening to complete the necessary work. The following day, both Scott and Michael returned to review the final completed work and ensure the system was performing in top notch condition. This company is responsive, can execute the necessary work to be done and stay late to ensure it is completed correctly. For anyone looking for an HVAC company who are well trained, arrive to your home on time and have sales staff that follow up with you until the work is satisfactorily completed, look no further. If you live in the Tallahassee area, I would contact Peaden first, they will do the job to your full satisfaction.

The office dispatch/admins were kind, courteous, and knowledgeable when I called, working with me to set an appointment that fit my schedule. Day of appointment, they called and texted me to let me know the electrician’s name and that they were on the way. When he arrived, Justin was personable and knowledgeable, quickly understanding my issue and providing a timely and reasonably priced solution. I will definitely reach out to them for any future needs

They charged my lady $484 to install a garbage disposal we already bought/provided. invoice image attached below. The invoice also includes a lie about "electrical not included" but the electrical was hooked up by the Peaden technician who apparently doesn't want his electrical work documented.
