Loved using Village Plumber! They picked up the phone right away and came out same day. I had a leak under my kitchen sink and they were and in and out in a flash. I’ve got a Bad back so I couldn’t get under the counter to do it myself. They took the time to go through what was wrong and explain what they needed to do to fix. They gave me a fair and affordable price so I’m very satisfied.

Aaron was wonderful in explaining why my shower was not functioning, he showed me how he inspected and analyzed the problem and then walked me through his process so I could understand how the issue was resolved and gave me a better understanding of house plumbing. So grateful for his professionalism and expertise and I will definitely be putting Village Plumber in my contact list should any other needs arise.

Aaron was great to work with! We have just moved into our rental in the area and so our home was in a state of unpacking and my toddler was home with me during service. There was also the added step to the service provision because the service request was routed through a professional property management company. He wasn't disturbed by any of those circumstances in his execution of service. He was incredibly professional, communicated clearly, was efficient, and was effective at solving the problem. After moving back to the area after living out of state for a number of years, it is nice to encounter courteous, hospitable, and expeditious service professionals.

Aaron showed up early, was very communicative, and finished the job SO fast. He cleaned everything up perfectly (he even put my bathmats back in place) and was very courteous, and took the time to share exactly what he worked on and how he fixed the leak! 10/10 would recommend this company, and Aaron himself.
