Outstanding company who is the go to for all plumbing needs. Trevor & Mackinley did an excellent professional job at my home today relocating plumbing during a remodel. They were paitent, prompt and communicative. Excellent family company. Roger, Ms Debbie, Chris, Jenny & Blake always prompt, thorough and very timely. If you need plumbers in Tallahassee for 50+ years these are the best ones and the customer service is why. White’s Plumbing did an outstanding job on our re-piping project. From start to finish, Mr. Roger White and his team were professional, kind, and thorough. Unlike other contractors who said they’d need to dig up our floors or break tiles, White’s Plumbing managed to complete the entire project without any major mess or damage. Thanks to their careful planning and expertise, we didn’t need a tile contractor at all—a huge relief! The crew, especially Tyler and Johnny, worked incredibly hard and were highly knowledgeable. They took the time to explain every step of the process, answered all of our questions, and made sure everything was done to the highest standard. On top of that, they were so respectful and considerate, especially toward my elderly mom. They went out of their way to make her feel safe and comfortable, which meant a lot to us. The receptionists were also fantastic—so courteous and professional. They always called ahead to confirm the technicians’ arrival and made sure it was a convenient time for us. Their communication was excellent and really added to the overall positive experience. Even after the work was done, Mr. White came back personally for a final walkthrough and inspection to ensure everything was perfect. White’s Plumbing has truly earned our trust and a lifelong customer. If you’re looking for skilled, honest, and courteous plumbers, I highly recommend them. A+ service all around!

I came home from work on Wednesday to water streaming, low-key GUSHING, out from the WALL OF MY HOUSE into the garage. Rapid-stream vibes. I heard it before I saw it. 3 inches of water in the garage! Whites Plumbing was responsive, insightful and fit us in fast. Fred discovered the leak, patched it, filled the dirt back, and patched the concrete, all in 3.5 hours!! A leak in the concrete slab of the floor of my laundry room was incredibly overwhelming, but Fred was kind, supportive and explained everything clearly every step of the way. My husband and I were making plans to stay with family or a hotel for the next week, and they were able to fix it, same day. I’m so thankful for the friendly customer service (shout out Brittany!) and the extremely knowledgeable Fred and his helper! Thank you, Whites Plumbing & Fred and his assistant!

Whites Plumbing was professional from the beginning to the end of our home water leak issues. Having an older home we ultimately had to replace the water pipes throughout the entire house. We were very appreciative of the owner Mr. White stopping by to make sure we understood the repairs his team would perform. Whites knowledgeable team consisted of Carter and Trent. They were courteous, professional and wonderful to work with during the 3 day process. They throughly explained daily what they were doing as they went along and cleaned up behind themselves at the end of each day, even vacuuming🙂. We’ve had them out to the house for multiple jobs over the past five years. They’ve rerouted our main because previous owners planned a tree on top of it. Some other jobs here and there that I can’t recall at the moment. I don’t think they’re necessarily cheap; but I never regret paying them for the job. They are on top of things. They’re also great at responding to emergencies!

I've been using White's Plumbing when needed for over ten years. They are reliable and responsive and have always gotten the job done correctly the first time. Brandon came out today to resolve a minor issue, and I realized White's Plumbing just does all the little things right, and that in itself is not a little thing so I figured it was about time to leave a review. Thanks for 10+ years of support whenever we've needed it.

White's was a breath of fresh air in an industry where the quality of a plumber can seriously affect your quality of life moving forward. We've tried a few plumbers in the area with varying success, but when we were afraid our toilet was leaking, we called White's shortly before Christmas and had a scheduled appointment for only a few days later. I was shocked at how quickly they made room for us and how pleasant the phone call was as well. Charles, the man of the hour, showed up right on time and immediately diagnosed our issue -- and even more importantly, fixed every problem we had on his way out. I'm not joking when I say that him fixing some of our shower and faucet issues was the greatest Christmas gift we received this year. I couldn't recommend White's enough. They didn't only meet our needs, but exceeded them by a long shot!

Johnny G. arrived earlier than scheduled time. He was very polite, friendly and thorough. He found where the leakage came from under the kitchen sink in no time and fixed it quickly. Overall a pleasant experience. Highly recommended.
