He was able to come by the same day that I called to fix a leak that I had in one of my pipes. Andrew was very friendly, and knowledgeable. First off, when you call Andrew at Special Ops, he actually answers the phone, thus allowing a conversation to address the situation and finding out he’ll be there as soon as he can! Upon arrival, he’s very respectful of your property, and can now look firsthand at the problem, and rest assured he’s not going to add any unnecessary plumbing or accessories, but rather get the job fixed correctly, check and re-check it’s in perfect order, and all at a price very reasonable!
