Outstanding customer service! I was expecting our technician, Santiago, to come out and access where our problem was coming from, then to be out on the schedule as soon as possible to fix it. Santiago arrived very quickly, just an hour after I called. He determined what needed to be done to fix it; our sink drains line, located on an outside wall, had a leak. He clearly explained what would need to be done to fix it and to my surprise, and elation, he was able to do it right now. He got to work quickly, and within just a few hours the drain line in the wall has been replaced. Santiago even swept up when he was finished. This is my first experience with All Pro, and with a 46 year old house, it definitely won’t be my last. All Pro has gained a customer for life. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Santiago was kind and thorough. He was at our house within a few hours of the call. He looked into things that weren't even part of the job. He took his time with us and gave us options and prices. He got the job done quickly and efficiently. He spent time talking to us and giving tips. All Pro Plumbing is officially our plumbing company now.... from now until forever. So grateful we found them!

These guys were great. I had a block in my toilet and nothing I did worked so Josh came to the rescue. It was nice to have a tech come the same day. He put the camera in there and low and behold, a nice blockage, he showed me the video, it was not pretty. Throughout the process he was communicative and professional. I'd surely use these guys again! Let's hope I don't need to.

Was really surprised when I called and got a live person! I did not get her name, but was very pleasant and put me on the schedule ASAP. The tech (Josh) was right on time. He was very professional and explained everything he would do, then jumped right in. Within 15 minutes, he diagnosed the problem (actually showing us) and completed the job. I have found a new plumbing company and would request Josh for any plumbing needs. Thank you All Pro and Josh...you are truly a 5 star company!!

We received 2 estimates from All Pro, one emailed and one verbally communicated/shown on clipboard on site ($1,223 and $1,530 respectively). The $1,223 estimate was to "chisel out the broken vertical pipe in our sewer clean-out and replace it." The $1,530 estimate was to "replace the entire Tee in our sewer clean-out and use two Couplers to secure it in place." GOAT Plumbing completed the $1,530 All Pro Estimate for $475 later that morning (see photographs). *** 03/20 UPDATE: I received a phone call from the owner of All Pro Plumbing to follow up on our dissatisfactory review. He was kind, courteous, and genuinely concerned with our grievance. He was also apologetic for the general circumstances of the event and offered to make things up to us in some way. He went on to explain that the $475 price we received from GOAT Plumbing must have been an error of some sort, sharing that it was well below current market pricing. I thanked him and we ended the call. After hanging up with the owner of All Pro Plumbing, I phoned GOAT Plumbing and asked to speak with the owner there. I explained to him thoroughly the events that transpired and long story short, the $475 price we received from GOAT Plumbing was indeed an error made by the technician. The price we should have received for the provided 2 hours and 10 minutes of work plus parts should have been $1,348... not $475. At the end of the day, I found both All Pro Plumbing and GOAT Plumbing to be courteous, transparent, and professional in their mission to provide excellent service to the customer at a fair price.

Wonderful service, Jonathan explained the repairs clearly and completed all work quickly. Even wore booties inside my home, taking them on and off each time he went to his truck for parts or supplies. All clean up and removal of old parts done perfectly. I highly recommend All Pro and Jonathan Peters. Thank you!

Update to my previous review... To summarize I ran into a miss-diagnoses issue for my leaking toilet, and was quoted for things that were most likely not necessary to fix the problem. The owner has since reached out and has given me a full refund for the diagnostic fee and paid for the repair that I ended up having completed by someone else. He also told me if the problem does continue to reach back out to him and he would help me get the repairs completed. This is a prime example of a fantastic business owner who genuinely cares about his business and his customers, and will go the extra mile to make sure no one is being taken advantage of. I truly appreciate everything he did and I would absolutely recommend this company to others.
