I had Allwayz Plumbing come out to my house to find out if a newly formed sink hole (2.5ftx2.5ft) was related to my plumbing or sewage. The Plumber looked at this sinkhole in the middle of my front yard along with checking my water pressure on my outside faucet and looking at my water meter which was not moving (which I had done on my own already). The Plumber informed me that this hole was a sinkhole and was not related to my plumbing or sewage which took 5 minutes of conversation. I was charged $170. The next day I dug up this "sinkhole," which revealed my sewage drain pipe (crooked and loose). I called another Plumber (Bay to Bay Plumbing) who identified the sewage drain pipe issue, and replaced my drain pipe as I paid $485. Allwayz Plumbing not only charged me for a service which gave me erroneous advice, but could have cost me thousands of dollars in sewage damage due to not identifying a broken sewage drain pipe. Go with Bay to Bay Plumbing (free estimate) and avoid Allwayz Plumbing ($170 fee for coming out and giving the wrong advice) at all cost!

Great service! They were able to come out and replace a water heater that broke in the morning later in the afternoon on the same day! Most of the other companies I called wanted to charge me a diagnostic fee just to see the problem, which is obviously a broken water heater, and then wait for their estimate and who knows when it would get it actually replaced. These guys jumped right in and and took care of me. Our plumber was very professional, thorough and checked everything prior to leaving. I highly recommend this company!!

Alex and Antonio came to my rescue. I had a clogged toilet that I tried everything to unclog myself, including every YouTube video trick possible. Nothing worked. They came out within 1hr and within 10mins had my toilet working again. I would highly recommend these guys. If you're worried about the lack of reviews, don't! I was assured that they get most of their business by word of mouth / referrals. I took a chance and it paid off. Great Service!

Make sure you get an estimate in writing. Charged me $200 more than worse case estimate. Had to come back because hot and cold water were reversed. Will never have them in my house again!

Would you call them if they charge $160 for 5 seconds to tell you they can't do the job? what happen to integrity....rip-off.
