What a wonderful company from start to finish. Was able to respond quickly and get my job scheduled. They arrived on time with great communication and had the tools to find our problem when other companies couldnāt. They identified the leak and had great communication throughout the process. Iāve hired several plumbers over the last 15 years and was not completely satisfied with many of them until I contacted Alvarez Plumbing & AC. Jerod was my technician and explained everything thoroughly to repair my on/off water handle in my shower and gave me what the cost would be upfront. He also gave me an estimated cost for installing two sinks that seemed reasonable. Iām really happy I called them and highly recommend their service. They were very professional and honest.

Hadnāt hired a plumber in quite some time, decided to contact Alvarez Plumbing due to a clogged toilet. It was almost 8 pm when the technician arrived but he was very informative and pleasant as he walked us through what he had to do. Kudos to Joseph Velez. He made a trying situation for my father who has had three strokes and has Dementia a pleasant experience. I would recommend this company to anyone. Thanks Joseph for taking care of my fatherās plumbing situation.

Very happy & satisfied with prompt service call to access problem with blocked bathroom tub and walk-in shower drains. Tobi was able to determine what was needed and completed the roof vent clean out in minimum time. We were impressed by Tobi's professional appearance and friendly demeanor. We called Alvarez Plumbing previously to repair copper pipe leak under slab in garage and would certainly recommend the business for any needed plumbing repair services.
