We have used Schleman Plumbing many times. They have great customer service and always arrive on time. We will definitely be using them in the future!

They were quick and prompt even on a Sunday. The plumber was knowledgeable and courteous letting me know exactly what was going on. They took care of the problem and was very affordable. I Highly recommend them

These guys are VERY responsive and qualified. No hot water, NO PROBLEM. Leaking kitchen sink, NO PROBLEM. Need an existing dishwasher uninstalled and a new dishwasher installed -- NO PROBLEM! Our Plumber, Julio was very professional, knowledgeable and skilled. He was interactive, patient and detailed when answering questions about the work being performed. He also took the time to explain subtleties regarding bathroom faucets dimensions that helped me determine which type and size I should install. I've experienced most workers in this setting only want to get in, get the job done and get on to the next job (completely understandable). Be sure and ask for Julio when you call Schleman Plumbing!! I know I'll be requesting him EACH time we need a plumbing professional.

Great company!!! Great people!!! Fixed my problem after 4 other companies couldn't even diagnose it correctly. Esther in the office is very knowledgeable. Shes blunt and to the point and i found that very refreshing nowadays. You can tell she is a plumbers daughter for sure. Say what you want to about these people but i chose them soley on experience when i seen they have been in business since 1956 and it was a great choice. If you want your plumbing fixed i highly recommend these folks. They werent my first choice but definitely my last. Thank you Schleman plumbing!!!!

I'd like to start by saying this is the first bad review I've ever left in my life. Do not waste your time with this joke of a company! We called them to come out and install my new toilet (which l already purchased) and a new water softener (which they were supposed to provide). Our first of 15 appointments was set for over 2 1/2 weeks ago for between 12 and 2pm. I left work to meet them. They never showed up, never called, wouldn't answer our calls for the rest of the day. We assumed they were just insanely busy. But then they pulled the same stunt every day (the days that they actually answered the phone) causing me to miss a ton of work... Up until today... We had appointment set for 9. I stayed home from work yet again. It's now 10 and I can't get these lazy, incompetent liars on the phone. SURPRISE! Can't believe we waited over 2 1/2 weeks to switch companies. I have idea how they're still in business. Do yourselves a favor and call LITERALLY ANYONE ELSE.

I was quoted $250 to snake the line and do a camera inspection. The guy came out and only did the camera inspection, he showed my husband the white paper blocking the line and told us to change the type of toilet paper we were using. He never cleaned the line and they still charged me $250. He was here for 45 minutes. I tried to explain this to the person who runs the office and she talked over me and gave me the run around. Do not use this company.

After I read reviews on Angie's List, I was excited to speak to someone because one of the reviewers had the same issue that  I was having and gave a great review. On my initial contact, I called and spoke to someone who said I would receive a call back. No one called me back that day. The next day I received a call, but after about 10 seconds we were disconnected, but Esther (the service scheduler) did not call me back. I called them back the following day and spoke to Esther. After describing my issue, I asked if I could email pictures and measurements of my faucets and send over the product specs for her to doublecheck that I purchased the correct sized faucets. She was a little difficult, but then agreed. She called back the same day and told me the measurements of my faucets, but told me she didn't have time to look at the specs of the faucets I purchased to make sure that they would fit. I explained that I no nothing about faucets and asked if she would take the 2 minutes to look so that I don't have a plumber come all the way to home only to discover I bought the wrong size. She flat out told me that the 2 minutes of her time was not worth my business. I told her I would make sure to mention this customer service experience on Angie's List. She said ok. I immediately called back to speak to a manager. I'm not sure if this was on purpose, but as soon as I called back I was hung up on. I emailed the company because I wanted them to know what a poor customer service experience and I had. They responded the same day that Esther was very busy. There was no apology for the experience I had and they did not offer again, to spend 2 minutes verifying what I purchased was correct so I could move forward and book with them. I'm so disappointed, because again, based on other reviews, this was the company I wanted to go with, but if you can't even spend 2 minutes to provide great customer service, I'll give my business elsewhere.

I called for an appointment on 1/31/16 and the gentleman had a service mgr named Steve call me within minutes. As my issue wasn't urgent, I decided to wait til Tuesday as he said Monday was tight...not a problem. I was told I would be called Monday for an appointment time. By 5:30pm Monday I had not been called. He told me a plumber would arrive 12-4 Tues. At 3:40 pm I called and he said no one could get here til 6.... but he would call to confirm. Never did. At 5 I called back and said not to bother as i got another plumber as I hadn't heard from Steve......totally unprofessional. Will never call again. Very disappointing.......
