Drains Etc

Thank you for sending Shaun last month to my mom‘s house. He had a challenging situation with the iron pipe cracking. He very expertly cut it back until it was no longer an issue and was able to repair it properly. He worked quickly and did a great job. He was very nice and explained everything he was doing to me!

Shaun came out this morning on time to remove old faucet and install new faucet. Did good job, very pleasant person. I was happy and surprised with his great attitude. I called the office to let them know what a great person he was and an asset to their company. I would use this company again. I guess we have to many people that come out to do a job and they don't want to be there and their attitude sucks. When someone is pleasant it makes all the difference in the world. Thanks Drains etc. for hiring a great person.

Great company, quick and helpful. Elliot was wonderful, fixed our kitchen sink quickly and so friendly. Their office response time is excellent!!

I was in a panic after home depot delivered my new gas stove and then proceeded to tell me my gas valve was too old and had to be replaced. They told me to find a plumber to do it and they left me hanging with a new stove they couldn't put in. So I called a few plumbing companies and they were outrageous in price. I called Drains Etc.and not only did they respond in a matter of a couple hours but the plumber made sure everything was working before he left!! This company is a class act and what's more important also that it was reasonable priced!! Thank you! You are my plumbing company for life!!!

If you want someone to threaten you and be offensive, then you found the right company. They don’t care for making sure their customer’s needs are met and will do everything in their power to disrupt your business. Their reps doing the jobs will use profanity and threaten you. By far the worst service I have ever dealt with.

I never used this company before but while driving in Bruce B Downs I stop in the red light before turning into home depot and the van behind me started to honk his vehicle horn and once I turned he passed me using the lane of the traffic in the other direction and then stopped and came out of his car using profanity words (like the f word and MF word and others). I took a picture of the guy in the company van and posted in google but this guy is a reckless person and driver endangering others. I called the company and reported him and need to said the lady answer the phone was very nice and told me actions will be made since that kind of behavior is not acceptable in the company. I really felt threat with this guy and I advised for this guy to seek professional counseling for his anger management and driving skills. Hopefully the company will take action against this guy but I will be extremely concerns with this person providing services to me or any of my family member. That social behavior is unacceptable and should not be tolerated. The company maybe good in their service based on google reviews but with employers like that guy will not last too long. Tech was on time and knowledgeable to my needs and immediately knew what needed to be done to fix the leaking garbage disposal, I am very happy and grateful for his work

It is a pleasure working with Drains Etc, they are prompt, professional and great priced. I would recommend them to anyone for their plumbing needs.
