I found this company while searching for a reliable service to replace a rusted, leaking water tank. Cassie was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and their company had great reviews and offered a more competitive price than several others we contacted. Given the current market, their pricing was fair. We noticed the leak right before the weekend, and by Monday morning, their technician, David T., arrived around 9am. David called ahead to confirm his arrival time and was professional, well-informed, and empathetic to our situation. From the start to the finish of the job, he kept us informed about each step, explaining what he was doing and why. I really appreciated that level of transparency. Throughout the entire process, I kept thinking how great this company is—they’re honest and not just out to make a quick buck. I highly recommend them and will definitely be using their services again soon. Thanks again to David and Cassie for their excellent service!!

Excellent Service!!! We had a leak and no clue where...Not only did they come over promptly, but located the leak and fixed it asap! The charges were extremely reasonable. Alan was fantastic! Explained everything and made me feel secure (I was in a panic). They are on in my contacts for ANY plumbing issues I might have! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!! Thank you again Alan!

Fully recommend this company and Alan! Save your time and have them come out first! We’ve had three other companies come out and fail to fix our issues. Alan was able to not only find the problem quickly he did a temporary repair to keep the plumbing working through Christmas. Literally saved the day for us! Alan then came out and ran a new main and some other miscellaneous things. For the first time in years our pluming is fully functional!! Amazing job and beyond thankful 🥹

Had an appointment scheduled 1-15-25 between 12 and 4pm. I called the office at 2:30pm to make sure I was still on the schedule. I was told yes but the employee was running ‘a little” behind. The office closes at 4pm. The end result was the company no showed and I sent an email to company. Clearly, I was beyond pissed that this happened and found it inexcusable, especially after speaking with someone at 2:30pm. I finally received a phone call and text from the plumber little after 5pm. I told the driver not to come to my home for the installation. Technician apologized and explained how he got backed up earlier in the day. Technician thought the company would send someone else out. The next morning I received a phone call all from the office and was unable to answer. I was at work and message was left on my voicemail. Company apologized for what happened and took ownership of the service failure. Unfortunately, it didn’t help me going through the effort to leave work early (my decision) to have my water heater replaced at my home. Expert plumbing also offered me some compensation as well. At this time, I hired another company because I truly don’t know if I can trust Expert Plumbing. I appreciate the fact the company took full accountability for the service failure, which is good thing. I also felt the pricing I received for replacement of water heater was fair and competitive.

Graham was the representative that arrived at our house. He was knowledgeable and worked quickly to resolve our plumbing issues. We appreciate his good work. He also asked if there was any other issues that he could help and advised us on how to resolve them.

Yes you guys did come out Monday. No a patch repair was not made. A patch repair was attempted and it failed. I was told to not run the kitchen sink/use dishwasher and they would send the quote to property management company asap to expedite this and get it resolved. I was not upset at this point. Plumber did all he could do and was extremely courteous and professional. Plumber left Monday at around 1pm and I was expecting the quote to be sent to property management company for approval that afternoon. I called about 330pm Monday and office told me Tuesday morning it would be sent. I called all day Tuesday and property management company still had not received the quote. I finally got word on Wednesday from property management that quote had been sent. I asked Michael Wednesday when was it sent and he told me that it was sent Wednesday morning. These are the actual facts. Monday at 1pm plumber left with problem not resolved because further work needed to be done and a quote sent. This was no fault of the plumber or plumbing company. The bottom line is the ball was dropped here on how fast this quote was sent to property management. If I had a plumbing company and I had customer in this situation with a raw sewage odor and inoperable kitchen I would've had that quote sent same day not 2 days later. That way I would have done all I could do on my end and the rest is up to property management company for approval. As for the plumbers themselves and work performed you guys get an A+. Excellent plumbers and excellent manners.

Thanks to the work done by Cassie and Alan onsite plumbing skills I feel problem free from leaking Pvc piping that was left to age. Also the leak had taken its toll on hot water heater that was just 4 years old by rusting it out So both the tank, PVC piping, and shut off replaced. Very glad to be a customer.
