Great service! Chris was wonderful, taking the time to explain what he was doing. He has a personality that is what you want in someone in the service industry. I signed up for the yearly service, and Fast Florida comes back I will be in good hands! Office was easy to deal with in scheduling. I would recommend without reservation.

Great communication with these folks, anvery friendly. Our tech, Henri was very patient with us as he explained our plumbing issues and answer our questions. We had others attempt our repair previously but still had the problem. At least Henri, who arrived on time, came in with a lot of equipment, far more than the guy who arrived with only a plunger in his hand. Plumbing, like everything else, is not cheap so be prepared. But having a nice guy like Henri who was pleasant and professional made the cost feel like we made a good choice! If the problem returns I will update my review, after I see how that goes. But for now…thank you Henri, we appreciate you!

Aron was great! Can’t say enough good things about him. Not only was he good at repairs, but he took the initiative to look up my dishwasher model and he was honest about the pros and cons of a repair vs buying a new dishwasher. His integrity was greatly appreciated. And - he is just a super nice guy to deal with.

Aron Jacques quiet demeanor and huge knowledge was reassuring and very welcomed! He was very careful and precise as well as neat and tidy. I also appreciated that he very kindly took the time at the end to patiently answer my questions.

The Fast technician came to my home to service my HVAC and identified a mold issue in my equipment. He showed me the infestation and got right on it by arranging for the equipment needed to be delivered same day so I didn’t have to live with it any longer. He was very professional, informative answering all my questions and removed carton and old filter

Eric provided excellent service today conducting a plumbing inspection after the hurricanes. He checked everything thoroughly, explained everything that he was doing, and made helpful suggestions for future improvements to my plumbing system, identifying the priority of each. He also took the time to complete a plumbing "report card" to memorialize his findings and reccomendations complete with photographs. I was very pleased with his service.

No work was done even though this was a visit to replace a canceled visit. The electrician came an hour after his scheduled start time was gone by 11 o’clock. He came back and picked up his tools, but did no work that is visible on the electrical connection I was asking for
