John from Formula Plumbing was such a hard working plumber as well as a nice young man. Installing the new city water line from the alley to the street took many hours of precise digging to prepare to lay the new line and connections before the city inspector arrived! Whatever he removed, he carefully replaced. Since he was working several properties nearby he had plumber Gage assisting! I will definitely consider this company as my go-to plumbing company in the future!

Just amazing. I've tried several other "large" plumbers and end up dropping them. Sure hope this one stays on plan. They were terrific, fast, reasonable and lovely. And they seem to employ a great handful of folks, not a parking lot full. We had Victor and Michael and one other -- superb. Reasonable price as well. Thanks

Great experience...Replaced a tankless gas water heater within a day. Didn't take advantage of the emergency and charged very fair price. Installer Mike was excellent. Knowledgeable, efficient and on time...Can only recommend the whole Company!

Matt was very informative about areas that needed updated. We moved into the house 3 months ago and he was able to go over the water softener system which is a first for us. He changed the garbage disposal and piping. Excellent service

After reviewing a number of package offers from their service manager, I chose what I needed for the present time and with prices being what they are, will review the other offers for the future. The work was guaranteed and their plumbing tech Victor, was very through and kind.

Home Depot had them call me to quote installing a water softner. Some sales guy called me first, the plumber showed up and looked at the job. He told me the salesman had to call me back with a quote. The plumber sat in his truck for 45 mins until the sales guy called me back. Basically quoted and tried selling me everything other than what I wanted. I have no idea if they’re good plumbers but I will say the salesman was a joke.

Replace/move house shut off valve I recently bought a home that was built in 1979. The home needed some plumbing work and Formula Plumbing did all of the work above. Ahmed the plumber from Formula Plumbing was great. There were some challenges and unexpected issues along the way that come from such an old home but Formula Plumbing dealt with them as they came up and were really terrific. All the work they did came out great. Formula plumbing spent extra time following up and making sure that I was happy with their services. The work they did entailed opening walls, digging trenches and many other things and it was all done in a timely manner. Everything looks tidy and neat. I highly recommend Formula plumbing for their professionalism, skill and customer service.
