Hector did a great job installing our wall oven! He was thorough, careful and clearly cared about doing a good job. Frank Gay comes through for us again.

Everett holt was fantastic. Very polite, helpful, and professional. Unfortunately he wasn't able to fix the problem because Frank gay is not licensed to work irrigation and he determined that the leak came from the irrigation line, but because of that he walked me through what my next steps were to fix it and did not charge me for the service visit. Would absolutely call him again for future work!

Frank Gay services, amazing experience, from making the call to the technician, David Armstrong. First I received a pic of who the technician was going to be and an appropriate time of arrival. This man was very professional, respectful and straight to the point with everything, explained everything from possibilities to worst case scenario. Very respectful towards my home, my family and the entire situation. Thank you David Armstrong and thank you Frank Gay .

Awful experience. My service window was 4-8 Pm. At 630 I called to ensure I would recieve the 1 hour call ahead . I was informed at this time my appointment was canceled and I was not told . I was able to re schedule it after arguing and 30 minutes later was notified that appointment was canceled. The third tech arrived and immediately told me this would not be an 89$ diagnostic it was a 500$ diagnostic and he really just didn’t want to do it because it would be a large job . He recommended calling another company ( which I did ) and they were able to fix the problem in 3 minutes . Highly recommend searching for other companies before you use this company !!!

Once again, not disappointed in the services. Chris Maldonado came out again to install UV lights on an air conditioning unit. He took the time to listen to all my concerns that led to installing the UV lights. He also took the time to explain how the whole system works. Very thorough and showed real empathy in the situation we were dealing with. Thank you again, Chris.

On 2-19-25 Joe Mitchell came to my house to inspect a possible faulty pare on my A/C unit. Joe inspected the part and at that time the part was in working order. I was concerned because my A/C unit is only about 14 months old and this part had to be replaced twice. We were very satisfied with Joe’s inspection and service.

Ethan was on time, introduced himself and made sure he understood what we needed fixed. He was friendly and professional and really seemed to care that we were happy with the service call. He also did a safety check of our electrical system before he left.
