Great Service and Honest Advice! I had a wonderful experience with Integrity Home Solutions for a plumbing issue. Angel, the technician, was incredibly professional and took the time to thoroughly assess the situation. He explained all my options in detail and offered some great solutions, including a membership plan for future savings and priority service. I felt confident in the advice he provided and appreciate his transparency. Looking forward to working with them again! I was really impressed with Integrity Home Solutions. Riley, the technician, took the time to explain everything in detail and answered all my questions. His professionalism and thoroughness made it clear that this is a company that truly values customer service. He was very clear with my electrical system and even pointed out something in my garage that I hadn’t noticed before. He went above and beyond by placing informative stickers throughout the garage, highlighting important information I should know in case anything happens with my electrical. Excellent service all around!

I needed service on a Sunday. A live person answered my call. Alex ,the scheduler, was courteous and able to get me a same day appointment! Kyle, my technician, reached out to see if he could arrive early and quickly identified the problem. He was polite, informative and clean. He explained what he was doing and what caused the problem. If I have a plumbing issue or HVAC issue in the future Integrity will be my first call! You have two great employees in both Alex and Kyle! The only reason i didn’t give a 5 star rating is because of pricing. Outside of that I was extremely satisfied and appreciative of the service. Thank you Integrity for being there in a time of need! I always get great service with Home Integrity Solutions and highly recommend their annual package. They proactively contacted me to let me know it was time for a routine AC maintenance. I had my scheduled appointment today and the technician, Fabian, communicated his arrival time about an hour before the schedule appointment and showed up right when he said he would. He was professional, friendly, and got to work. He let me know his diagnosis then sent me an email so I could review.

I had a great experience with Steve the plumber! He quickly diagnosed and fixed a leak coming from our bathroom sink and also took care of an issue with the main shut-off valve. He was professional, punctual, and explained everything clearly. You can tell he takes pride in his work—he didn’t leave until he was sure everything was working perfectly. If you're looking for someone reliable and skilled, Steve’s your guy. Highly recommend!

Integrity started this project almost 4 weeks ago. This was quoted as a one day job. The technician is great but the management blames the problems on their employees. The plumbing manager, Kenneth, lies to customers rather than have accountability to his promises and blames issues on their turnover, as all the management has only been in place for under 60 days. We called to speak with the GM Chuck Tuesday, we have had no response. We just want the piece they removed returned and put back but have been informed until the GM returns our call next week nothing can be done. They are owned by Apex Service Partners who we have contacted with no response. Please beware of using this company and don’t help them to leave more customers in situations like this. For details leave a comment. UPDATE November 20 The messages to resolve problems are to maintain appearances. The only time we have spoken to the plumbing manager was after several calls on Tuesday. Kenneth again promised calls back and the return of our pipe fitting they cut out. We have been labeled a problem for asking for the GM and owner. Kohler has been blamed for not giving them tech support. Two days later, no pipe fitting, no call. Alexia on customer service supervision has told me we just have to wait, even after telling us she had a meeting with Chuck and Kenneth on Monday and they would be returning our items. So a month later, no shower and they are holding my belongings hostage. We spoke with Kohler and had no issues getting to support. Please go the BBB before you hire them. They have had 11 complaints since August.

Integrity Home Solutions did a great job with a recent home electrical need. They were very quick to reply to my inquiry and had a service tech out to repair very quickly. MK was their tech that came out, and he was very professional and courteous. Great job to everyone!

James is absolutely incredible! He is efficient, thorough and has a wonderful personality. He is transparent about pricing and gave my husband and I several options that would work best for our family. I’m looking forward to continuing to work with Integrity for all of my home needs!

They were suppose to come to my house between 12-4 pm. They got here after 6:30pm. Luckily, we didn’t mind. We were home and looked forward to see the technician. He was very nice and gave me an estimate for A/C duct work replacement. It was just about the $$ amount I was expecting. Thank you Integrity for sending such a nice, professional technician!!!!!
